  • Job Purpose/ Role

    Real Estate and Operational Support (REOS) is responsible for AGCS office locations and operational / workplace support services. Our objective is to create a high quality office environment for our colleagues whilst minimizing premises costs by means of global move projects.~crlf~ ~crlf~Reporting directly to the REOS Manager you will be responsible for assigned duties within the REOS department. Your responsibilities will include providing high quality operational support service and real estate expertise to all lines of business while maximizing the return on investment. You will also optimize, coordinate and ensure the best environment for growth and production while providing superior customer service and innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities

    In this role you will…~crlf~##Coordinate the management of the budget, actuals, cost centers and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within established targets including identifying and driving cost saving opportunities and efficiencies~crlf~##Work closely with Finance/Accounting on accounting treatments, depreciation, accruals and actuals against plan~crlf~##Implement and maintain a safe and pleasant work environment for the organization including managing and optimizing vendors so that key services/goods are performed/delivered within expectation~crlf~##Meet all safety and health obligations and optimize service provision while containing and minimizing costs~crlf~##Ensure that real estate projects are completed within scope, budget and timeframes ~crlf~##Plan, organize and coordinate any moves/relocation/restack activities~crlf~##Support and adhere to the PMO process for real estate project and complete the required paperwork including cost benefit analysis and net present value calculation~crlf~##Translate and support the introduction of new processes and systems as well as the continuous improvement in effectiveness and efficiency of all processes and systems~crlf~##Work closely with the critical business units to identify risk and help to providing solutions to minimize those risks and deliver business continuity plans

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##You have at least 3 years’ professional experience in a Business Services and Operational Support context and have managed office moves~crlf~##You have project management skills ~crlf~##You have solid knowledge of budgetary, financial planning or cost controlling~crlf~##Ability to adapt to an evolving digital context~crlf~##You have technical knowledge of building services or general office equipment~crlf~##Excellent communication skills and a positive outlook~crlf~##You are proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Autocad~crlf~##You have problem solving skills and able to manage multiple and competing priorities
