    ##The HR Business Partner is the key contact to the business and is responsible for all HR processes execution for his/her customers

  • Key Responsibilities

    Business Consultation~crlf~##Act as first line of contact for employees and managers~crlf~##Consult managers and staff on employee relations topics (e.g., claims of misconduct, under-performance, disciplinary actions, etc.)~crlf~##Advise/support the business to recruit, motivate and retain people in a challenging and fast changing business environment ~crlf~ ~crlf~Business Representation~crlf~##Represent the business to the rest of the HR community. Collaborate on programs and initiatives by providing an organization-specific perspective~crlf~##Assess HR implications of the business strategy, identify opportunities to further meet business needs, and design solutions~crlf~##Establish and maintain relationships with senior managers in order to drive the execution of HR programs~crlf~ ~crlf~HR Processes~crlf~##Represent the full spectrum of HR programs and processes to the business~crlf~##Consult and support the business in implementation of HR processes in respective business area (e.g., rewards, performance, grading, talent, development, recruiting, re-organization, etc.)~crlf~##Manage recruitment process of all positions in respective business area

    Relevant experience~crlf~##1-3 years of relevant HR experience in a global organization, ideally in the HR Business Partner domain~crlf~##First experience of working in a matrix and virtual team environment ~crlf~##First experience of managing organizational change, ideally in various business scenarios, including restructuring~crlf~ ~crlf~Education / Certification~crlf~##Bachelor / Master degree in business, psychology or related field~crlf~ ~crlf~Technical Skills~crlf~##Good knowledge of German labor and employment law, and appreciation of Works Council issues~crlf~##Technical expertise in at least 1 HR topic areas (e.g., Comp/Ben, Performance Management, Controlling, Recruiting)~crlf~##Ability to design and drive transformation of organizations including corresponding structures and business processes~crlf~ ~crlf~General Skills~crlf~##Ability to maintain and build relationships with customers~crlf~##Ability to negotiate, often in difficult situations, and steer discussions to a desired end~crlf~##Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally~crlf~##Ability to analyze data from multiple sources~crlf~##Required languages: English and German fluent (able to negotiate)
