  • Job Purpose/ Role

    The Communications team is responsible for supporting and promoting effective and timely communications to and from colleagues, clients, brokers, journalists and other stakeholders. The team consists of global and regional specialists from around the world and focuses on four key practice areas: Internal Communications (including leadership communications/project & change communications), Media Relations & External Communications (including crisis communications), Digital Communications (website, intranet and digital channels) and Content (editorial, research, reports and thought leadership).~crlf~ ~crlf~Based in Munich you will support the international Global Communications team of AGCS in Munich/London in the whole spectrum of internal and external communication as well as in special projects. The focus of your work is on digital communication and press relations.

  • Key Responsibilities

    In this role you will:~crlf~##Digital communication: text editing, video production and preparation of content for several online platforms such as intranet, website, social media, TV screens; regular performance analysis of digital platforms and social media channels ~crlf~##Media Relations: online monitoring of daily media reports; analysis of global media coverage and quarterly reporting; updating of press distribution lists; editorial research and writing of press releases~crlf~##Support of the team in additional projects in internal and external communication, e.g. at events

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##Currently doing a Bachelor degree (enrollment at university is a requirement for duration of the employment), preferably in Communications Science, Journalism, Business Administration or other relevant fields ~crlf~##Ideally first experiences as a journalist/editor or through internships in the field of digital communication~crlf~##Good Communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a professional, international working environment~crlf~##High degree of accuracy, reliability, initiative and independent working style ~crlf~##Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (especially MS Excel, Word)~crlf~##High self-motivation and active team player~crlf~##Fluent in German and English. Communication in the international team will be in both languages.
