    In order to keep pace with ever changing customer needs, we have a Global Innovation team in AGCS that works closely together with our business units and combines all tasks from innovation strategy, through agile and human-centered developments, including prototyping and testing new ideas, to go to market.~crlf~ ~crlf~We are looking for an Innovation Coach that will help us to activate innovative potential within AGCS and speed up important innovation initiatives. You will support the development of ideas for innovations that shape the future of AGCS together with the Head of Innovation and Innovation leads. You will be responsible for building, updating and maintaining the necessary processes and tools that are needed to efficiently and effectively innovate.

  • Key Responsibilities

    Your key responsibilities will be to ~crlf~##Build, update and maintain necessary innovation processes and tools (i.e. but not limited to innovation stage gate process, idea database,) and align them with the Head of Global Innovation and the team.~crlf~##Drive and maintain our Trend Radar and engage with business to discuss potential ideas~crlf~##Design, maintain and update workshop materials on innovation together with the Head of Global Innovation and the team~crlf~##Manage and maintain the Innovation/XSE Ambassador Program ~crlf~##Scout for providers in the market that could support the Innovation Proof of Concepts~crlf~##Regularly prepare and support ideation workshops on a global level. Capture and manage the outcome.~crlf~##Support the Head of Innovation in communication matters across the different channels ~crlf~##Support Head of Innovation on overall strategic Innovation projects ~crlf~##Regularly collect information about the innovation projects and compile information in order to prepare the status reports to the Senior Management.

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##You have at least 5 years of experience either in business development, innovation, strategy, market management or product development~crlf~##You have been successfully leading project teams for at least three years~crlf~##You are familiar with creativity techniques, business model generation and value proposition design ~crlf~##You understand Design Thinking and you feel comfortable to facilitate DT workshops~crlf~##Your feel comfortable talking to senior leaders, in order to present projects and reach alignments with them.~crlf~##You are able to build strong business relationships at all levels, which will facilitate the exchange of information and cooperation with the business units~crlf~##You are well organized and have a strong and friendly follow-up capability.~crlf~##You are fluent in written and spoken English~crlf~##You are dynamic, committed and enjoy working independently on fast-changing innovation initiatives.~crlf~##You are an excellent team player with an integrative personality.~crlf~ ~crlf~We are looking for a motivated team member who is able to think outside the box, has a passion for innovation-related topics and would enjoying to support the set-up of this new department.
