  • Job Purpose/ Role

    ##Effectively and efficiently manage all aspects of IT service management to ensure maximum uptime of systems~crlf~##Drive best proactive and lean processes, whilst ensuring high levels of customer service quality and availability~crlf~##Responsible for service process design, performance analysis, and developing proactive resolution plans~crlf~##Support the implementation and work towards the maturity of the IT Processes in the Asia region (Change, Release, Incident, Problem, Asset Management etc.)~crlf~##Propose and implement improvements in the outsourcing of services to aim for business centered quality of deliveries~crlf~##Responsible for Workspace Products rollout & support including Windows 10, Outlook 2016, Virtual Client, Corporate iPhone, Secured Printing etc.~crlf~##Coordinate local/regional BCP activities

  • Key Responsibilities

    Documentation: ~crlf~##Develop and define a wide-range of documentation, for example presentations, specifications gathering, system requirements, processes etc. as required~crlf~##Maintain documentation on a regular basis and be accountable for the quality and completeness~crlf~##Communicate (and/or train as necessary) on documentation content~crlf~ ~crlf~Information collection and conduct analysis:~crlf~##Investigate IT procedures, standards and/or guidelines (including AGCS as well as Group IT standards)~crlf~##Evaluate existing systems/processes~crlf~##Proactively conduct ad-hoc as well as regular analysis on IT systems, documentation, processes, data, etc. as required~crlf~ ~crlf~Stakeholder management:~crlf~##Proactively work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (within IT, the business, strategic vendors / outsource partners, among others) to deliver consultancy and service~crlf~##Coordinate with other functions (e.g. Finance / Operations) as necessary governance and standards:~crlf~##Conducts analysis on whether IT policies/standards are being followed~crlf~##Follow up and apply in cases where necessary~crlf~##Report to IT management on results~crlf~ ~crlf~Managing outsourced services:~crlf~##Effectively manage deskside support services in Hong Kong & Greater China including the review of the related processes~crlf~##Ensure effective local asset supervision~crlf~##Oversee for the excellence of IT Operations~crlf~##Perform contracts and agreement reviews as well of SLA reviews to ensure the proper delivery of agreed quality from the outsourced services

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines ~crlf~##5+ years of related experience in the industry ~crlf~##ITIL framework certificate is an advantage~crlf~##Good knowledge with Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) & Agile methodology~crlf~##Experience in leading IT projects~crlf~##Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating environment (Windows Server 2012/2016, Active Directory, DNS, SCCM, File & Print and Windows 10 Clients)~crlf~##Knowledge on cloud products such as Azure, AWS and O365~crlf~##Strong interpersonal skills across internal and external stakeholders ~crlf~##Good negotiation and resolution skills ~crlf~##Excellent communication skills, verbal and written~crlf~##Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be ideal.
