In this way our teams create sustainable value for our business and short time-to-market. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Based in Munich, you will be part of a global team striving to bring DevOps to AGCS and CIAM. It needs to be organizationally embedded as end-to-end process, which requires coordination between various teams to establish and maintain efficient throughput of change to enhance the value of our applications to the end users. In this role, you actively support the agile way of working and drive the DevOps mindset towards realizing the product vision. Your responsibilities include e.g., increasing visibility of DevOps within AGCS, ensuring a unified approach between the DevOps implementation across technologies and ensuring the full CI/CD pipeline is implemented.

  • Key Responsibilities

    In this role you will…~crlf~##Raise knowledge and awareness of DevOps. Demonstrate its tools and advocate its advantages, enabling to meet the changing needs of AGCS customers~crlf~##Detect the knowledge and skills gaps within IT colleagues caused by changing technology landscapes and execute an approach to close these gaps. You also engage with potential users of new technology to raise awareness and curiosity~crlf~##Research, identify and apply approaches and technologies that may be useful within AGCS. Identify networking opportunities inside and outside AGCS and keep up with market and technology evolution to bring 'best in class' to AGCS~crlf~##Using social and networking skills and a natural curiosity, ensure that the human element of DevOps and Agile works. Ensure close team collaboration within teams and between teams to ensure efficient end-to-end delivery of business change~crlf~##Run training courses such as Theory of Constraints, Limiting Work In Progress and Extreme Programming for IT colleagues. Create documentation to facilitate these trainings and manuals for new technologies introduced at AGCS~crlf~##Influence all relevant stakeholders to embrace DevOps by building a community of technologist practitioners (starting with DevOps) and other interested parties with a strong ethos of self-teaching, evangelizing and co-creation

  • Key Requirements/ Skills

    ##You have a degree in IT, computer science, business or teaching, or other relevant fields (ideally Master)~crlf~##At least 3 to 5 years’ of experience in teaching, coaching others and/or researching.~crlf~##You benefit from relevant IT experience (ideally financial services sector) and have proven experience of working internationally, remotely communicating and developing regional teams across numerous locations~crlf~##Working knowledge of the Genius system and the IBMi preferred, as is knowledge of other technologies in the AGCS Strategic Application Architecture~crlf~##Experience in change management beneficial~crlf~##You embrace agile working and engage in constant learning, to adapt to internal and external customer needs~crlf~##Able to build and maintain positive relationships and work collaboratively in a team~crlf~##Very good communication, motivational and process workflow & documentations skills~crlf~##Advanced ability to understand and interpret technical designs of databases, platforms, architecture, etc.~crlf~##Analytical skills and a very good knowledge of existing technical solutions and the best Agile and DevOps practices in the industry~crlf~##Fluent in English. German of advantage
