    Products and Solutions within Allianz Global Benefits are in charge of developing and delivering State-of-the-Art global insurance programs to multinational corporations in the Corporate Life and Health segment: captive, pooling and global underwriting. These solutions are built with various global stakeholders and delivered by the network insurers locally.~crlf~ ~crlf~The Global Actuarial Expert is part of the Allianz Global Benefits Products and Solutions Department and the role is to perform actuarial tasks supporting the delivery of winning solutions to multinational clients. The focus will be on pooling and captive.~crlf~ ~crlf~The activities will include developing and operating the pooling actuarial model, support captive programs, support the delivery of global reinsurance solutions to client, present to network insurers and brokers and deliver actuarial analysis to management.

  • Key Responsibilities

    ##Responsible for the actuarial elements of the international Pooling and Captive programs value chain.~crlf~##Contribute to development and improvement of the product value proposition and market positioning for these programs~crlf~##Responsible for the development and maintenance of the actuarial model of the international pooling programs and work in collaboration with the operations team.~crlf~##Optimize assumptions and data underlying the model and perform regular portfolio analysis to improve pooling outcome~crlf~##Ensure optimal delivery from the pooling actuarial model and pooling simulations into high quality output for new client, for upselling and for renewals. This includes pricing analysis, reserve advice and profitability analysis~crlf~##Responsible for the actuarial elements of the international captive programs~crlf~##Contribute to enhance the captive delivery with actuarial assessment and implementation of technical solutions as for instance, the design and delivery of complex reinsurance solution for a specific client~crlf~##Execute the technical implementation of pooling and captive programs with network insurers ~crlf~##Develop and perform technical training to network insurers and global brokers on international programs~crlf~##Act as support to the team operating the global underwriting program~crlf~##Contribute to the technical analysis and understating of the employee benefits products of the network insurers e.g. technical product library ~crlf~##Deliver technical advice and presentation to the management for ad hoc actuarial issues linked to pooling, captive, client or general business

  • Key Requirements/ Skills
