Key Responsibilities:~crlf~- Active management of Allianz investment structures/companies for the global real estate portfolio on behalf of our international investors during the whole investment life-cycle (buy-manage-sell)~crlf~- Dealing with ongoing (re-)financing and restructurings~crlf~- Preparation of planning data and forecasts for investment structures/companies by using sound modelling techniques and monitor execution of planning results by means of regular KPI dashboards~crlf~- Present financial performance reports to ExCo and investors~crlf~- Challenge our external investment partners and service providers on costs (legal, advisory,…), taxes, and corporate finance best practice~crlf~- Controlling of investment structures/companies including external service providers, cash/capital management, auditors and tax advisors oversight~crlf~- Be the interface between internal asset- and investment management, external fund managers and co-investment partners and various Allianz internal stakeholders~crlf~- Delivery of investment data (e.g. FV of participations) and returns into various financial reports including analysis and proper presentation of the output~crlf~- Support in the acquisition phase of upcoming investments, such as negotiation of reporting requirements, specific accounting related requests, funding / capital calls, set up of the respective structures/companies and processes with internal and external counterparties~crlf~- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as the real estate investment team, investor accountants and cash management in addition to external managers~crlf~- Active participation in the ongoing development of the ICCM area, in particular:~crlf~Further development and implementation of effective controlling tools, methods and procedures~crlf~Enhancement and implementation of reporting systems for investors and in-house stakeholders~crlf~Active participation in transformational and IT projects within the finance area~crlf~Lead ad hoc projects to address pressing issues facing the ICCM function~crlf~~crlf~

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience :~crlf~- Successfully completed Master degree (ideally specialised in one of controlling, accounting, tax or finance)~crlf~- 5+ years’ experience in a comparable position, e.g. audit company, controlling, investment management and/or~crlf~accounting department~crlf~- Above-average commitment and persistence in carrying out projects and tasks in a highly transformational~crlf~environment~crlf~- Solutions-oriented and positive mind-set; stamina; self-initiative~crlf~- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, in particular Excel~crlf~- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, especially IFRS~crlf~- Spoken and written English skills at negotiation level are a prerequisite~crlf~- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills~crlf~- Strong communication skills and persuasive power~crlf~- Used to work in a multicultural business environment~crlf~- 2nd European language would be an appreciated plus~crlf~- Knowledge in German and/or US GAAP would be an appreciated plus~crlf~- Real estate experience would be an appreciated plus~crlf~
