You will join the Portfolio and Risk Management team. Attached to the Portfolio / Senior Risk Manager, your main assignments will be as follows:~crlf~• Participate in the acquisition of data, their integration and their correct restitution in our IT system~crlf~• Contribute to portfolio reporting and analysis (in support of the R&P team)~crlf~• Participate in new work and initiatives related to process standardization~crlf~• Assist in the development of tools (benchmarks, stress tests, monitoring of key indicators)~crlf~• Contribute to the data searches for the Risk Assessments on new acquisitions~crlf~• Assist in the consolidation of data from the Western Europe hub (Benelux and Italy integration)~crlf~

• A first experience in real estate (internship / work-study) would be a plus.~crlf~• Good analytical skills, writing skills, data handling.~crlf~• Mastery of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Good knowledge of VBA and Access appreciated.~crlf~• Excellent level of English and good knowledge of French. Fluency in Italian or Spanish is appreciated.~crlf~• Curious, strong of proposal, certain autonomy.~crlf~
