Reporting to the Finance Department of Allianz Real Estate, you will join the Investment Planning & Controlling team. ~crlf~~crlf~The main tasks are as follows:~crlf~~crlf~• Preparation of financial performance reports to ExCo and investors~crlf~• Preparation of planning data and forecasts for investment structures/companies by using sound modelling~crlf~• Active involvement in the planning process: KPI analysis and consistency check, business planning, data upload, presentation preparation.~crlf~• Analyze the gap between actual and budget KPIs of real estate investment activities ~crlf~• Further development and implementation of effective controlling tools, methods and procedures~crlf~• Delivery of investment data (e.g. FV of participations) and returns into various financial reports including analysis and proper presentation of the output~crlf~• Other miscellaneous analyses based on requests from management/investors.~crlf~

The ideal candidate : ~crlf~~crlf~• You are in a Master's degree program at University, Business or Engineering School with a specialization in Finance/ Audit and Control.~crlf~• You are looking for a 6-month internship.~crlf~• You have fundamental knowledge in Finance / Accounting.~crlf~• You are fluent in written and spoken English (speaking French is a plus).~crlf~• You are proficient in Microsoft office and have advanced skills in Excel and PPT. ~crlf~• Intellectual curiosity, good interpersonal skills and the ability to listen will be essential qualities for the success of your assignments.~crlf~
