The Chief Functional Projects & Maintenance Officer is in charge of the delivery and the application maintenance for the entire information system of Allianz France, with the goal of respecting the commitments taken in the Planning Dialog (strategic discussion at a Group level around performance objectives and main KPIs for the next 3 years) and in the CPIC (authority in charge of the IT budget decision), and to the Executive Committee and the Group (especially regarding the decommissioning of the application systems).

As the Chief Functional Projects & Maintenance Officer, your main responsibilities will be the following:~crlf~- Create business value through technology, including IA, robotics, Data analytics, Digital~crlf~- Ensuring the tech systems and procedures lead to outcomes in line with business and IT goals (including Security)~crlf~- Perform change in processes and solutions including a strong link with the business / ecosystems through Tribe leads~crlf~~crlf~You will be in charge of the following tasks:~crlf~- Honour commitments to Business (SLA, deadlines, quality, budgets) on Projects and Maintenance~crlf~- Design, development, and maintenance of customer service platforms~crlf~- Coordinate the prioritization of projects and requirements according to Business stakes~crlf~- Ensure appropriate coordination with CTO / socles and continue Devops move forward~crlf~- Balance workloads by providing projects with the necessary resources and arbitrating priorities with respect to Business’s requests, IT goals and CPIC's decisions~crlf~- Provide the CIO and the COMEX with strategic project reports ~crlf~- Federate & synchronize Tribes and their Projects~crlf~- Promote Center of Competences’ guidances to tribes~crlf~- Set goals and performance indicators for the Tribe leaders~crlf~- IS department marketing internally and externally~crlf~

- Master’s degree in Computer science, software engineering, or information systems, with15 to 20 years of experience~crlf~- Strategic planning~crlf~- Business and financial acumen ~crlf~- Excellent leadership~crlf~- Outstanding knowledge of various IT systems, including designing and developing IT systems ~crlf~- Solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations~crlf~- Project management~crlf~- Network and relationship building~crlf~- Change management~crlf~- Strong organizational and time management skills~crlf~- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities~crlf~- Analytical mind and great problem-solving skills~crlf~- Fluency in French and ability to chair meetings and give public presentations in English~crlf~
