You will be the main touchpoint between Hiring managers and candidates at every single step of the recruitment process taking care of the candidate experience and providing an agile service being accountable of covering all the hiring needs and assuring the process are compliant with functional rules and policies.

- Support the BBA Allianz Seguros joint venture set up taking care of a wide range of organizational activities such as org chart and cost center management, system configuaration and other labour relations tasks. ~crlf~- Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from job intake requirements, job posting, interviews, background checks to job offer negotiation, for all banc assurance positions such as Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Analytics, Sales, Controller’s, Business Intelligence or Market Research roles. ~crlf~- Partner with Management in developing recruitment strategies, detailed job requisitions, and a consistent hiring process.~crlf~- Orchestrate Internal and External recruitment and alignment of resources for all managerial and professional level openings.~crlf~- Provide innovative solutions such as active searching strategies to reach passive candidates when necessary, attract top talents and build effective candidate pipelines. ~crlf~- Provide recruitment analytics ensuring data is accurate and timely provided and ensure service delivery of fundamental HR processes through meaningful metrics and reports.~crlf~- Analyse and report HR information to support with benchmarking and the development of HR solution.~crlf~- Support Employer Branding activities: organize recruitment fairs with business schools and univiersities and analyze impact and results and support EVP implementation. ~crlf~-Skilled social media user able to spread BBVA Allianz Seguros branding and job offer.~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~

- GGraduate / Msc. Psicology, HR or related degree. ~crlf~- Fluent in English and Spanish ~crlf~- +5 years experience at recruitment functions: active sourcing trough boolean search, personal interviews, negotiations. ~crlf~Good interpersonal skills, communication ~crlf~- Knowledge and good understanding of the market for candidates in the financial sector. ~crlf~- Ability to build business relationships based on trust and credibility. ~crlf~-Organizational skills to do an efficient time management. ~crlf~- Results-oriented professional, with initiative and commitment to achieve the objectives, improving the quality of the service. ~crlf~- Ability to innovate and propose new recruitment solutions with a focus on the candidate. ~crlf~- Expert user of Excel and Power Point~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
