•Lead the launch of Allianz Direct Home products into the Spanish market:~crlf~o Adaptation of the master products designed on the Allianz Direct platform to the reality of the Spanish market.~crlf~o Coordinate the interaction with the Home Product managers of the rest of the Allianz Direct entities.~crlf~o Set up Spanish specificities and wording for coverages, packages and add-ons.~crlf~o Ensure sign offs by related governance functions of the product development process.~crlf~~crlf~•Product offering:~crlf~o Develop a differential solution that better serve customer needs and realize the full potential of Allianz Direct Home insurance.~crlf~o Continuous market testing to adapt product offering to make it attractive and simple enough for digital channels in the Spanish market.~crlf~o Leverage Allianz Direct platform and digital context to drive constant product innovation.~crlf~o Configuration of the Allianz Direct Spain Home product offering and parameterization in the ABS product workshop - core products, additional coverages and add-ons.~crlf~~crlf~•Documentation preparation:~crlf~o Design and preparation of product sales argument material both for commercial purposes and for internal training.~crlf~o Terms & Conditions.~crlf~o Product handbooks.~crlf~ ~crlf~•Design and coordinate market research analysis for ideal product configuration:~crlf~o Benchmarking, competition and technical analysis of Home products available in the Spanish market.~crlf~o Conjoint analysis to determine relative importance of attributes around potential alternatives for Allianz Direct Home offering in the Spanish insurance market.~crlf~o Continuous analysis of share of preferences based on behaviour of consumers for Ideal product configuration of Home Insurance.~crlf~o Collaborate in the definition of priority clients segments for Allianz Direct Spain Home products.~crlf~ ~crlf~•Underwriting, Quote & Buy process:~crlf~o Constant improvement of underwriting processes in the sales funnel, oriented to simplify the Q&B process for the client, maximize the conversion rate but also to protect the portfolio.~crlf~o Definition, parameterization and monitoring of underwriting rules.~crlf~o Implementation of recommender systems/rules and Personalization of product offer.~crlf~o Underwriting fraud monitoring.~crlf~~crlf~•Data:~crlf~o Identification of external public data sources for automation and enhancement of Underwriting and Q&B process.~crlf~o Data quality monitoring and analysis of KPIs related to product, Q&B and underwriting.~crlf~o Manage interaction with external data providers to improve Q&B process, underwriting rules and product design.~crlf~ ~crlf~•Coordination of Product and UW strategy for Home products with all internal and external stakeholders:~crlf~ ~crlf~o Pricing & Underwriting Analytics.~crlf~o Product Owners, both inside Fenix Directo / Allianz Direct Spain and at group level.~crlf~o Marketing & Sales.~crlf~o Sales channels:~crlf~ Interaction with aggregators~crlf~ Provide product, underwriting and Q&B training to CCC ~crlf~o Strategy coordination with Portfolio managers to increase average duration and lifetime value.~crlf~o Potential collaboration agreements with third parties to enhance the market-value proposition.~crlf~~crlf~

•Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or akin qualification.~crlf~•Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills required (min. C1/CAE).~crlf~•At least 5-years’ experience performing a similar role in the insurance industry related to home products.~crlf~•IT skills:~crlf~o Advanced level of Microsoft office.~crlf~o BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView etc.~crlf~o Ideally ability to perform simple queries with SQL / SAS.~crlf~•High analytical capacity. Creative ability and business vision.~crlf~•Dynamic spirit, teamwork and ability to work at certain times in pressure environments. Accustomed to managing multiple requests and tasks efficiently.~crlf~•Ease of communication, especially adapting model results into business reality.~crlf~•Used to work in international environments.~crlf~•Curiosity, innovation, passion for insurance business, commitment to continuous learning.~crlf~•Willingness to deep dive into product modelling topics, such as the Allianz Product Lab.~crlf~~crlf~
