We’re looking for someone with a passion for operational improvement to join our Protection & Resilience Team. The Protection & Resilience Team strives for standardisation and consistency across all areas through information gathering, data management, and communication. The team also ensures business and operational risk is minimised through the management of business continuity & crisis management procedures.~crlf~The Resilience Officer role is to support the Allianz Asia Pacific branch to ensure we have a leading approach to Returning to Operations in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic.~crlf~The Resilience Officer will be required to assist the Regional Head of Protection & Resilience in enforcing the Safe Management Measures (“SMM”) under the Covid-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020. ~crlf~This is a great opportunity if you’re looking to further develop your skills and experience in Business Continuity and Crisis management.

-~crlf~Assist the Regional Head of Protection & Resilience to maintain high standards of compliance in relation to Return to Office and regulatory requirements~crlf~-~crlf~Coordinate the Return to Office strategy through planning and preparation of seating plans and arrangements~crlf~-~crlf~Collaborate with office management and facility coordinators to provide a safe environment for employees to return to~crlf~-~crlf~Carry out daily checks and balances to ensure employees are following the safety requirements~crlf~-~crlf~Collaborate and communicate with the multiple Allianz entities to ensure a consistent and aligned approach is undertaken~crlf~-~crlf~Assist the Regional Head of Protection & Resilience in the preparation and administration of Business Continuity and Crisis Plans for the Allianz SE Singapore Branch~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~

-~crlf~Degree / Diploma in Business management or relevant~crlf~-~crlf~1-2 years of relevant experience on Business Continuity Management~crlf~-~crlf~Ability to work within a team and alone~crlf~-~crlf~Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work with all stakeholders. ~crlf~-~crlf~Good analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy ~crlf~-~crlf~Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.~crlf~-~crlf~Good organisation and task planning skills ~crlf~-~crlf~Ability to prioritise work effectively ~crlf~-~crlf~Able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines~crlf~-~crlf~A willingness to make decisions and be accountable~crlf~-~crlf~Demonstrates excellent team working skills, supporting other departments~crlf~-~crlf~High level of motivation, drive, enthusiasm and commitment~crlf~-~crlf~Willingness to learn and develop ~crlf~-~crlf~Numeracy skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data ~crlf~~crlf~
