- Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing new investment and M&A opportunities for Allianz in Asia~crlf~- Manages a small team for execution of investment and M&A opportunities, including due diligence, negotiations, transaction documentation, final approvals, and integration planning~crlf~- Develop growth strategy of Allianz in Asia, including identifying partnership opportunities and analyzing competitive trends~crlf~- Lead cross-functional project team including finance, distribution, operations, and Group M&A in the evaluation of investments and M&A opportunities~crlf~- Coordinate and oversee the development of financial models, including projections, synergy modeling, and scenario analysis~crlf~- Manage third-party service providers throughout the deal execution phase, including actuarial firms, accountants, legal counsel, investment banks, and other consultants~crlf~~crlf~

- MBA or comparable degree with an excellent academic record from a top-ranked university~crlf~- 7 to 10 years of experience in investment banking or corporate development of a global financial company (insurance preferred)~crlf~- Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to thrive under pressure~crlf~- Superior analytical skills and financial acumen~crlf~- Strong negotiations skills~crlf~- Experience in major Asian markets, including proficiency with an Asian language~crlf~- Demonstrated leadership ability ~crlf~- Successful record of project management with excellent organizational skills~crlf~- Exceptional communication and presentation skills – written and verbal~crlf~~crlf~
