Head of Recruitment – based in Sri Lanka
To be responsible of driving the end-to-end hiring process for all positions in Allianz insurance lanka ltd and Allianz Life Insurance Lanka Ltd.. And be in charge of identifying, attracting, selecting and pre-on boarding suitable candidates into open positions via both active and passive ways of sourcing for talent.
•~crlf~Manage full life cycle recruitment process for all positions~crlf~•~crlf~Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, skills, knowledge and abilities necessary for each open requisition and implement effective sourcing strategies.~crlf~•~crlf~Proactively explore new, creative and unique ways of sourcing candidates by means of the internet, social media and other online capabilities.~crlf~•~crlf~Head hunting for all open positions using direct sourcing methods. Promoting internal mobility and referrals.~crlf~•~crlf~Create offer packages based on predefined pay bands by Rewards & Performance, and consult with R & P necessary.~crlf~•~crlf~Guide candidates and hiring managers through the hiring and on boarding process. ~crlf~•~crlf~Head hunting for all open positions using direct sourcing methods. Promoting internal mobility and referrals.~crlf~•~crlf~Monitor recruitments metrics (in success factors or other enabling IT. E.g. Google Analytics and develop actions plans to improve metrics.)~crlf~•~crlf~Proactively explore new, creative and unique ways of sourcing candidates by means of the internet, social media and other online capabilities.~crlf~•~crlf~Regularly follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, candidate profiles, and market-specific needs.~crlf~•~crlf~Working closely with HRBP's and candidates at offer stage~crlf~•~crlf~Bridge management and employee relations by grievance of other issues~crlf~•~crlf~Support to nature a positive working environment.~crlf~•~crlf~Lead employee brand activities~crlf~•~crlf~Support branch network in HR issues and other grievances~crlf~•~crlf~Support the induction activities as a facilitator for HR~crlf~•~crlf~Coaching and developing the direct reports to the next level.~crlf~~crlf~
•~crlf~6-10 years corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including deep knowledge of active sourcing techniques and full life cycle recruiting ~crlf~•~crlf~Experience with an International Organisation ~crlf~•~crlf~Strategic and business knowledge combined with customer orientation~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and collaborate with senior business/Functional Heads ~crlf~•~crlf~Experience in negotiation, advising and influencing ~crlf~•~crlf~Proven track record of developing, assessing, attracting and hiring top talent~crlf~•~crlf~Structured work approach and ability to prioritize multiple searches, projects and client relationships and work independently. ~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to sell Allianz as an employer of choice in line with our EVP ~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent in English skills, additional languages are a plus ~crlf~•~crlf~Experience in Financial Services a plus~crlf~•~crlf~Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter A/c.
