In this critical role, based in Ho Chi Minh City and reporting directly to CEO, you will be responsible to Own and manage P&L for Partnerships and Digital Direct distribution channel~crlf~~crlf~•~crlf~Own and manage P&L for Partnerships and Digital Direct distribution channel~crlf~•~crlf~Planning and delivery of revenues and bottom line targets for the distribution channels~crlf~•~crlf~Achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through management of partnership KPIs and Direct sales KPIs for new business, renewals and cross-selling~crlf~•~crlf~Manage relationship with existing partnerships and potential partners~crlf~•~crlf~Onboard new partners based on partnerships strategy and pipeline~crlf~•~crlf~Maintain and promote awareness of company products and services with existing and potential partners ~crlf~•~crlf~Structure and execute value proposition for partners and ecosystem members (B2B2C) including retail and commercial end customers~crlf~•~crlf~Structure and drive Direct Sales initiatives and campaigns~crlf~•~crlf~Design (along with Products team) and steer the implementation of adequate insurance products for partners end customers~crlf~•~crlf~Support other company initiatives related to sales, products and operations~crlf~•~crlf~Work with Compliance and Internal Audit to Ensure that processes are compliant at all times based on legal and regulatory requirements~crlf~•~crlf~Ensure quality of service provided by internal teams meets distribution partner expectations~crlf~~crlf~
•~crlf~Degree preferred, in e.g., Economics, Business Administration, Law or other appropriate discipline~crlf~•~crlf~10 to 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry~crlf~•~crlf~Startup and insure-tech experience~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent knowledge of insurance (General insurance, Life and Health), including financials, products, operations, processes and regulatory aspects~crlf~•~crlf~Proven experience in developing digital sales and digital partnerships~crlf~•~crlf~Business insight: ability to implement tools and methodologies to develop market, competitor, and client insight~crlf~•~crlf~Communication & Presentation: ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally. Ability to "sell" an improvised or prepared audience winning story~crlf~•~crlf~Influencing skills: ability to persuade and motivate others to act, without executive authority~crlf~•~crlf~Analytical Skills: ability to analyze highly complex data, from multiple sources, in detail; identify and resolve issues before they transpire~crlf~•~crlf~Negotiation and conflict management: ability to negotiate best position for company, and client, often in contentious situations, managing conflicting priorities of various parties~crlf~~crlf~
