Business Development Manager (FA)
The Senior/ Business Development Manager reports to the Head of Financial Advisory Channel of the new Singapore Entity and will be responsible for the General Insurance distribution in the FA industry.~crlf~The incumbent will be involved in the business setup of the new Singapore entity which include securing new partnerships agreements and designing market entry strategy. After the launch, this role is required to build partners’ relationship and drive sales performance to ensure that the company’s targets are met.
•~crlf~Responsible to build FA distribution network by securing new partnership agreements.~crlf~•~crlf~Developing sales strategies and campaigns to drive distribution success through FA channel and ensuring that the assigned targets are met.~crlf~•~crlf~Identifying market trends and business opportunities for the ongoing development of the channel~crlf~•~crlf~Sales, product and system training to distribution partners~crlf~•~crlf~Build relationship with distribution partners through regular engagements ~crlf~•~crlf~Handling distributors’ day to day enquiries and clearing pipeline cases.~crlf~•~crlf~Prepare regular sales forecast for reporting ~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
•~crlf~At least 2 to 5 years FA distribution experience in an insurance company ~crlf~•~crlf~Experience in General and/or Life Insurance product market~crlf~•~crlf~Relevant GI Qualification preferred ~crlf~•~crlf~Strong FA network~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent presentation and negotiation skills~crlf~•~crlf~Self-driven and sales-oriented~crlf~~crlf~
