As the Business Continuity Management functions expert, responsible to implement Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme to ensure all areas of Allianz entity can recover and continue its critical business processes in the event of a significant disruption.

•~crlf~Develop and implement a robust BCM programme to address group and local regulatory requirements and emerging risks. Which include BCM methodology and procedures that cover;~crlf~o~crlf~Business Impact Analysis~crlf~o~crlf~Risk Identification Analysis~crlf~o~crlf~Recovery plan~crlf~o~crlf~Business continuity plan documentation~crlf~o~crlf~Testing~crlf~o~crlf~Awareness training~crlf~•~crlf~Lead and/or facilitate BCM exercise including guiding and engaging Crisis Management Team members in discussion in response to the crisis scenario~crlf~•~crlf~Identify risk / control gaps and propose solutions to improve the control environment relating to BCM though regular exercise and testing~crlf~•~crlf~Manage BCM reporting to local regulatory, OE Board of Management, Regional and Global team~crlf~•~crlf~Supporting and coordinating BCM topics; Contact person regarding BCM ~crlf~•~crlf~Collaborating with the other domains of Protection & Resilience (P&R) of the OE and ensuring BCM topics are adequately addressed within P&R~crlf~Key tasks include~crlf~•~crlf~Contact person regarding BCM~crlf~o~crlf~Supporting BCM representatives of the OE business unit to develop their individual BCM plan~crlf~•~crlf~Identifying, assessing, monitoring and intervention where needed, business critical processes of OE in close dialogue with the responsible business owners~crlf~•~crlf~Developing and implementing the strategy for the Business Continuity Program~crlf~•~crlf~Participate in reviews and self-assessments~crlf~•~crlf~Communicate self-assessment / review results to the Head of OE Protection & Resilience, and if required participate in the presentation of results to the respective committee, and~crlf~•~crlf~Take the ownership for deficiencies from the self-assessment / reviews and enforce implementation of action plans on OE level and co-ordinate with stakeholders~crlf~•~crlf~Gathering and sharing best practice ~crlf~o~crlf~Performing regular meetings with BCM representatives~crlf~o~crlf~Engaging OE business units for cooperation and knowledge sharing~crlf~•~crlf~Cooperation with affiliated organizational units~crlf~o~crlf~Supporting the Central Crisis Committee in BCM affaires~crlf~o~crlf~Interface to Operational Risk Management concerning BCM related topics~crlf~o~crlf~Interface to Group and local Security Officer~crlf~o~crlf~Representative of OE on BCM topics in external meetings and working groups ~crlf~~crlf~

•~crlf~Academic qualifications~crlf~o~crlf~A bachelor’s degree in organizational management or related field~crlf~o~crlf~Member of the Business Continuity Institute and relevant certification is an advantage~crlf~•~crlf~Experience~crlf~o~crlf~At least 10 years of experience in business continuity planning/management in the financial/insurance industry with 3 years supervisory role~crlf~o~crlf~Experience in leading and / or facilitating BCM exercises including Industry Wide Exercise ~crlf~o~crlf~Experience in conducting BCM training~crlf~o~crlf~Experience in project management role; to articulate, plan and execute projects~crlf~•~crlf~Others~crlf~o~crlf~Able to work independently and able to handle situation under pressure~crlf~o~crlf~Good knowledge of Insurance operations~crlf~o~crlf~Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills~crlf~o~crlf~Good verbal and written communication skills in English~crlf~o~crlf~Strong problem solving and analytical skills~crlf~o~crlf~Able to handle situation under pressure ~crlf~o~crlf~Knowledge of the local and international standards and framework related to Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery and Risk Management~crlf~~crlf~
