Assistant Manager, HR Projects (18 months contract)

This role contributes to the achievement of the Allianz Asia Pacific (AZAP) business strategy by supporting the Regional Head of HR Operations to coordinate and implement HR projects for the AZAP region and Operating Entities (OEs) in Singapore.

Below are some of the projects you will be running~crlf~~crlf~Singapore HRT Project Management ~crlf~•~crlf~Owns and leads the end to end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules and enabling tools for Singapore OEs (AZAP regional Office, Allianz Insurance Singapore, Allianz Digital Services)~crlf~•~crlf~Liaises with Group, Regional CoEs (People and Rewards & Performance) and Singapore OEs on the localization of modules, enabling tools and processes, when needed~crlf~•~crlf~Assists the Regional CoEs Heads to redesign regional and local processes, when needed~crlf~•~crlf~Be the point of contact for all HRT communications for Group HRT, Regional CoEs and Singapore OEs~crlf~•~crlf~Tracks and communicates all change requests and changes in system configurations and access permissions to Regional CoEs and Singapore OEs.~crlf~•~crlf~Works closely with HR Generalists and HRS to ensure data quality in the system~crlf~•~crlf~Upskills Singapore HR community on all the SAP SuccessFactors modules, enabling tools and processes to ensure a smooth transition to the new systems~crlf~•~crlf~Designs the training plans and activities for HR, Managers, Employees and work closely with local HRBPs to upskill all stakeholders~crlf~•~crlf~Provides regular feedback to Group on performance and improvement of systems and processes~crlf~~crlf~New Work Model~crlf~•~crlf~Support the Regional Head of HR Operations to coordinate the New Work Model deliverables for the region~crlf~~crlf~HR and COE Analytics~crlf~•~crlf~Provides HR Analytics, including data validations, benchmarking, build dashboards based on requirements and read trends and use data for the regional HR and the regional COEs (People and Rewards and Performance)~crlf~•~crlf~Preparation of monthly and quarterly dashboards for regional and local management team~crlf~•~crlf~Has oversight of and driving online and digital collaboration tools~crlf~~crlf~Other potential HR projects in the pipeline may include topics from Rewards and Performance and People COEs~crlf~~crlf~

Essential ~crlf~~crlf~•~crlf~Minimum 3 years of relevant experience~crlf~•~crlf~Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, Human Resource Management or Psychology)~crlf~•~crlf~Strong understanding of the overall employee value chain, HR market trends, policies, HR technology directions and strategic business impact of key HR topics and HR initiatives~crlf~•~crlf~Prior experience in project management~crlf~•~crlf~Has strong data sense, eye for details, highly energized and great multi-tasking ability~crlf~•~crlf~Ability to work independently as well as engaging with various stakeholders~crlf~•~crlf~Possess an open mind-set and result-driven~crlf~•~crlf~Able to work in an ambiguous environment~crlf~•~crlf~Good interpersonal skill, meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility~crlf~•~crlf~Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint~crlf~•~crlf~Strong financial literacy and data analytics skills ~crlf~•~crlf~Comfortable with online technology, particularly HR related systems and processes~crlf~•~crlf~Prior experience using HRIS system, preferably SAP SuccessFactors ~crlf~•~crlf~Willingness and ability to attend telephone conferences outside of normal business hours ~crlf~~crlf~Desirable ~crlf~~crlf~•~crlf~Experience working cross-geographies, especially in Asia, and with global teams ~crlf~•~crlf~Public speaking and presentation experience~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, additional languages, – especially those spoken in the Asian region is preferred. ~crlf~~crlf~
