The primary role of Communications is to support the business strategy with the planning and delivery of effective communications, in close liaison with the business teams & other functions (e.g. HR, Operations etc). Communications spectrum includes media relations, content production, CEO/executive communication and internal cross functional comms.

Develop and execute external communications in regional Asia market, engaging regional media and key external stakeholders~crlf~Content strategy and production – develop and produce high-quality content serving different business needs and channels~crlf~Raise awareness of profiles of Senior Management with strategic stories; plan potential speaking opportunities and craft appropriate messages and briefs~crlf~Develop and support media relations activities in market - identify media opportunities, develop, write & produce press releases, working & maintaining relations with media, reviewing industry stories in media with potential to work alongside external agencies~crlf~Organize employee communications and develop a variety of internal communications including newsletters, announcements, blogs~crlf~Work across internal departments such as HR, IT and APAC regional office to execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery.~crlf~~crlf~

Bachelor Degree in Communications or relevant. ~crlf~Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 4-6 years of experience in both external and internal communications~crlf~Editorial skills – content production, writing & story development, preferably comfortable across different platforms – print, video production, social media~crlf~Able to translate and produce corporate objectives & strategy into relevant communication messages for different stakeholders (media, employees, etc.)~crlf~Digital skills - good knowledge of digital and video mode of communications~crlf~Some knowledge of insurance/financial services industry~crlf~Able to develop and produce high-quality content against tight deadlines, tailored to different business needs and platforms~crlf~Ability to execute the full spectrum of communications - from employees to senior management to business partners, media and customers~crlf~Experience in handling difficult business situations, e.g. change management~crlf~Demonstrate excellent active listening & people management attributes~crlf~Strong/native-level English language skills, both written and spoken~crlf~Strong analytical skills -- ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, analyse and draw appropriate conclusions to take right course of action~crlf~~crlf~
