The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Department supports the digitalization strategy of Allianz Group as it designs, engineers and operates its security backbone, providing secure and compliant processes and technical solutions to fully manage digital identities for all employees and contractors. It controls their access to IT systems, services and data as well as reporting and analytic services to support OE auditing and compliance requirements.~crlf~ ~crlf~As Service Manager for Identity & Access Management you are responsible for a service portfolio that comprises Global Identity & Access Management, Global Privileged Access Management, Corporate Directory Services, Corporate PKI as well as Identity Provider and SSO Solutions.~crlf~ ~crlf~You manage the complete life cycle of your services from design to decommissioning, addressing all relevant technical, commercial and regulatory criteria of service offering readiness, and ensuring continual service improvement throughout the operational phase. To this end you proactively communicate with customers, management, technical staff and various corporate functions to identify requirements and challenges, ensure compliance and broker solutions and required decisions. You are P&L responsible for your services and you lead or support related activities in service pricing, financial planning, contracting, pre-sales, sales and cost controlling.

##Liaise with technical and / or delivery experts or respective service providers to ensure the services are balanced between both standard solutions and customer needs~crlf~##Develop cost-effective IT services that contribute to the overall Allianz Technology service portfolio~crlf~##Ensure fulfillment of the service design criteria in compliance with corporate standards. Write and update service descriptions and other service-related documents~crlf~##Agree SLAs with customers and ensure continuous SLA monitoring and reporting. Initiate and support commercial contracting (order agreements) and take charge of communications with customers in regard to your services~crlf~##Perform annual service pricing and financial planning including revenue and cost planning.~crlf~##Monitor services P&L, identify causes of deviations from plan and counterbalancing measures.~crlf~##Collaborate in benchmarking exercises and customer surveys (NPS).~crlf~##Ensure the cost-effective and timely procurement of all required service inputs from vendors.~crlf~##Perform the end-to-end management of external spend, implement operational service charging and follow up on outstanding charges.~crlf~##Perform pre-sales counseling and quote preparation in regard to non-standard service requests~crlf~

##Completed degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or equivalent education and work experience.~crlf~##At least 3 years professional experience in IT, preferably in an international environment and related to IT Service and Project Management.~crlf~##Good technical understanding of Identity & Access Management topics.~crlf~##Familiarity with AZ Technology standards and processes, specifically Service Portfolio Management ##Governance & Framework is considered a great plus.~crlf~##Certified ITIL Foundation knowledge required, training and certification in project management methodology desired.~crlf~##Experience with Risk Control Self-Assessment, Internal Risk Control (RCSA/IRCS) desirable~crlf~##Ability to deliver high-quality work results under time pressure.~crlf~##Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English and German~crlf~##Good presentation skills and self-organization skills~crlf~##Proficiency with the following tools: MS Excel / MS Word / MS SharePoint / ServiceNow / SAP~crlf~##Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedent~crlf~##Ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and different departments as well as willingness to support new team members ~crlf~
