Project Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) - 11 months Limited Contract
Allianz Technology SE is the Shared IT Service provider for Allianz group entities. Project Portfolio Management is a department of the COO function of Allianz Technology which is responsible for coordination of the project, service and contract approval process, namely organization and steering of decisions of the New Business Meeting (“NBM”), the Management Board Committee of Allianz Technology SE. In addition, the department also manages the Current Business Meeting (“CBM”) for running projects and the Central Process Office (“CPO”) to maintain a standardize Project Management methodology.
##Ensure the accurate decision making preparation, prioritzation and stakeholder communication on senior management level~crlf~##Plan, monitor, control and report portfolio performance, portfolio risk and escalate issues if necessary, initiate corrective action and/or recommendations~crlf~##Identify, evaluate and select projects or services, based on business strategy, business case calculation/financials and requested approvals~crlf~##Advise project managers, service owners, stakeholders and actively clarify the process guidelines/ support them along the approval process and reporting lifecycle~crlf~##Establish and maintain a framework and methodology (a governance body of policies and procedures) for project/service portfolio management within the organization~crlf~
##Higher education degree or equivalent work experience as (IT) Project/ Program Manager and/ or Service (Delivery) Manager International project experience and/ or consulting experience~crlf~##Applying strategic, analytical and sustainable thinking and problem solving capabilities~crlf~##Process and project management, governance and service management training and/ or certification desirable~crlf~##Understanding of risk management, quality management and delivery management~crlf~##International project experiences and/ or consulting experience~crlf~##Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations~crlf~##Problem solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze factual information~crlf~
