Global System Integration (GSI) is the consolidated function responsible for all roll-outs and also for the run of the local / country layers as well as OE-specific solutions within Allianz. It is not only supplying the IT for the OEs and the Group but also maintaining a standardized and harmonized solution throughout the Company. The GSI teams are focused to collaborate with both IT and Support Functions in order to provide an effective harmonized customer-centric solution, in line with our growth strategy.~crlf~As a Personal Assistant, you will directly be reporting to the head of GSI, member of Allianz Technology Board of Management.
##Act as contact and multiplicator on general employee queries and information, e.g. workplace information~crlf~##Provide secretarial support by preparing correspondence, presentations, agendas, minutes etc. for Board Member~crlf~##Receive, screen and direct incoming telephone calls, mail and email for assigned managers or business area, maintain their calendar and coordinate meetings~crlf~##Compile and prepare reports, statistics and analyses with adequate information and maintain document management for files and records~crlf~##Handle administrative issues for employees on HR related topics e.g. time management and Success Factors and arrange and tracks business travel and prepare expenses for reporting purposes~crlf~##Liaise with other operating entities, units, departments in order to ensure the efficient execution of business support services~crlf~##Hold regular contact with external clients and providers in order to ensure a professional working relationship~crlf~~crlf~
##Apprenticeship or work experience in an administrative role~crlf~##Relevant work experience as secretary, office administrator or administrative assistant~crlf~##Possessing coordinating and organizational talent and time and self-management~crlf~##Experienced in the application of MS Office and relevant IT systems~crlf~##Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)~crlf~##Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedent~crlf~##Ability to cooperate efficiently with clients and different departments as well as willingness to support new team members~crlf~~crlf~
