##Seek opportunities to continuously improve the quality of Allianz Technology's (IT) services and processes~crlf~##Ensure compliance and alignment of (IT) processes within Allianz Technology process landscape and external standards~crlf~##Definition, design, development and rollout of global ITSM processes in alignment with the process owner.~crlf~##Responsible for design and workflow of respective ITSM tool (processual responsibility).~crlf~##Ensure high-quality process documentation and communication regarding process –related topics~crlf~##Responsible for monitoring and controlling of processes as well as for measurement with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Measurement Points (KMPs).~crlf~##Setup of regular reporting of process-reports for management and customers.~crlf~##Prepare training material for ITSM support groups (lead/attend)~crlf~##Collaboration in CPI-Community (interaction with international ISTM colleagues)~crlf~##Close collaboration with the Process Owner and Process Managers to drive the continuous improvement process~crlf~##SPOC for management, customers, operational teams and providers regarding ITSM-processes ~crlf~##Support and push global standardization of ITSM processes~crlf~##Support of internal audit and compliance activities~crlf~##Collaboration in global process management team of Allianz Technologies~crlf~##Define and regularly monitor (IT) performance indicators that help monitor efficiency and effectiveness of organizational processes~crlf~
##University degree in computer science and at least 3 years of experience working as a project-lead / process manager)~crlf~##Excellent English and German language skills, both written and verbally~crlf~##Deep knowledge/experience in in IT-Service Management Processes ( esp. Service Operation / Service Transition) as well as general knowledge about IT-Service management tools like Service Now ~crlf~##Familiar with Allianz technologies ITSM-Tools and Processes or from similar large companies~crlf~##Experience in international collaboration, esp. project work and offshoring~crlf~##Conception skills and experience with IT operations processes~crlf~##Preparedness and flexibility, assertiveness, goal- and team- orientation~crlf~##Work independently, show responsibility and convince in negotiations ~crlf~##ITIL V3 or V4 (Foundation) certificate~crlf~##PRINCE2 (Foundation/Practitioner) certificate or equivalent~crlf~##Applying methodological and conceptual as well as moderation and presentation skills ~crlf~##Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations ~crlf~##Competence to exchange complex information with diplomatic tact and to cooperate with a diverse internal and external audience~crlf~
