The “Customer Platforms” (CP) function controls and bundles the international project portfolio for implementation of strategic Allianz Group platforms for Core Insurance, Customer Interaction, and Telematics.~crlf~ ~crlf~“Business Architecture” is part of “Architecture Services” working closely with “IT Architecture” to create appealing end-2-end solutions for our clients. We apply principles of standardization and harmonization to reduce complexity and to master costs, in close collaboration with the Allianz Goup.~crlf~ ~crlf~As a “Business Architect” you leverage our proximity to the Allianz companies globally and a deep understanding of our clients’ needs, Allianz CP’s goals, its global architecture standards, and Architecture methodologies to deliver best-in-class solutions. All Business Architects are expected to intimately understand and have extensive hands-on experience with designing and guiding the implementation of Business, Application, Data, and Infrastructure Architectures, especially from a logical perspective.~crlf~ ~crlf~With your colleagues you are responsible for the quality and sustainability of our end-2-end solutions' architecture from project inception to delivery. You support our accountability to the corresponding governance bodies within Allianz. As part of the architects community you drive and leverage cross-functional collaboration and ensure high architecture quality and standards within and across projects, employing your experience, know-how, and industry standards and best practices.~crlf~ ~crlf~You will be able to shape and develop our Architecture capabilities, as we are currently transitioning from a very core insurance focused to a more comprehensive role, covering all CP components in more and more sophisticated solutions. You will help identify skill and methodology gaps of the current setup and work with the “Head of Business Architecture” on closing them through hands-on guidance, coaching, and infusing the team with external best-practices and expertise.
##Recognize, initiate and address the redesign and reengineering needs of solutions~crlf~##Design interfaces in cooperation with application and infrastructure architects in order to ensure end-to-end integration of standard solutions~crlf~##Design and guide the implementation of end-to-end solutions, closely aligned with the other Business and IT Architects, OE stakeholders, etc.~crlf~##Design and guide the implementation of interfaces in close cooperation with other architects in order to ensure end-to-end integration of (standard) solution components~crlf~##Knowledge of application portfolio management, functional architecture management, and (data) integration architectures, especially in the context of large-scale, core business-related transformation initiatives~crlf~##Define business capabilities, derive business requirements and translate them into IT requirements~crlf~##Develop an effective business architecture that is derived from the business model and that integrates processes, data structures and applications to enable excellent business services~crlf~
##Process and project management training and / or certification desirable~crlf~##Relevant work experience in a business analyst or functional designer role in the insurance industry~crlf~##Possessing project and process management, consulting, organizational transformation and change management skills~crlf~##Applying analytical, moderation and presentation skills~crlf~##Proven successful handling of difficult business situations, e.g. change projects~crlf~##Profound communication skills and the ability to negotiate with a diverse audience, e.g. on senior level~crlf~##Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information~crlf~
