Allianz Group serves more than 92 million customers in more than 70 countries.~crlf~ ~crlf~Within Allianz Group, the Analytics Technology (AT) department as part of Global Technology and Architecture, is responsible for all technology topics relating to advanced analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and modern big data solutions and distributed/scalable computing. The AT team is accountable for establishing a global state-of-the-art Global Data Platform (GDP), as well as for the end-to-end development of scalable analytics assets based on AI and machine learning. We are responsible for assessing new technologies on the market and we establish standards, best practices and architecture blue prints within the Group.~crlf~ ~crlf~The Global Data Platform (GDP) is an internal shared IT service which provides the functionalities and capabilities to support the transformation of Allianz into a data-driven company. The platform team is responsible to provide, operate and evolve these capabilities as services for our customers. Additionally we are managing the cloud infrastructure and the scalable, reliable and fault-tolerant technical services. Following our DevOps philosophy, we strive for continuous improvement of our tool stack by evaluating, contributing to, and integrating state-of-the-art technologies.~crlf~ ~crlf~We are looking for a Team Enabler & Process Manager who is as passionate about our vision as we are. This includes the following responsibilities:
##Manage projects with different levels of complexity on the basis of existing methods, processes and tools~crlf~##Ensure on time, on budget and high quality project deliverables and high customer / stakeholder satisfaction~crlf~##Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity~crlf~##Changing the culture of the team towards changes welcome culture based on transparency, trust and high-level collaboration~crlf~##Enable the exploration of different agile approaches~crlf~##Facilitate product backlog refinement, daily standups, retrospectives~crlf~##Coach and mentor team members on best practices (Lean, Kanban, Scrum, DevOps etc. ...)~crlf~##Configure and maintain JIRA and Confluence ~crlf~##Remove blockers~crlf~##Support and educate the colleagues, especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog~crlf~##Provide a deeper understanding of the team’s reporting~crlf~##Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work~crlf~##Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving~crlf~##Build a self-organized team~crlf~##Support the team to improve their technical work by reviewing results and establish lessons learned as well as track the improvement~crlf~
##Assessing the maturity of the team and coaching them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable~crlf~##He/she observes the team in the cooperation and deduces from it measures, e.g. training and deescalations~crlf~##As a problem solver, He/she eliminates conflicts, assists the team in developing appropriate solution strategies, and keeps an eye on potential future tensions~crlf~##Challenging and improving the operation of the team, improving their performance and capabilities~crlf~##Solid experiences as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master~crlf~##A can-do attitude, result driven and openness to learning~crlf~##Openness to new ideas and a desire to develop them together~crlf~##Excellent communication skills and experience inside and outside of the teams~crlf~##Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency~crlf~##Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in agile concepts and practices~crlf~##Strong collaborative problem solver~crlf~##Experience in facilitation, collaboration and soft-skills~crlf~##Scrum Master certification~crlf~##Experience in agile practices using Scrum, Kanban, DevOps~crlf~##An interest in modern management and innovation methods like Management 3.0 or Lean Startup~crlf~##Competence to manage tasks in demanding and unfamiliar situations with problem solving skills based on practice and precedent ~crlf~##Sound and comprehensive communications skills to exchange information ~crlf~
