Allianz is currently transforming its HR Function and strategically investing into building a global function, HR Operational Management (OM), which looks after HR IT Platform Management, Project & Stakeholder Management as well as HR Governance, Risk and Data Management. ~crlf~~crlf~The role focuses on providing support to both the Project & Stakeholder Management area and the Change Control related activities in the IT Platform Management area. The main focus will be dedicated to the onboarding and regular interaction with AZ Operating Entities worldwide to ensure their smooth transition into the new Target Operating Model. This includes activities such as collection and consolidation of information, as well as creation of ad-hoc reports and status overviews. Another core activity of this role is related to the support of the global Change Control Process where changes to our new global HR Target Operating Model, new initiatives and projects (especially in the area of HR Processes and IT) are analysed and approved. You will be engaged in data analysis, reporting, communication to the Allianz Operating entities globally, workshop and meeting organization and other daily operational activities. You will also be able to develop your event management skills by supporting the organization of international workshops, as well as team activities. Given that the team set-up follows the agile methodology, you will be given the opportunity to space between the different areas and take on many different topics and tasks, depending on the team's needs. All your tasks will be supervised and guided by experienced HR operations professionals and the Head of the Unit to guarantee best results and to support you in developing your skills. Support the HR Operational Management function with the following tasks: ~crlf~Stakeholders and Community Management ~crlf~##Support in shaping the transition from project rollout to run, liaising with the relevant Operating entities worldwide, HR Centers of Expertise, HR Transformation Program and AZ Technology~crlf~##Organize workshops and meetings with relevant stakeholders and support the documentation by taking meeting minutes~crlf~##Align and collaborate with HR OM experts to ensure all requests by AZ Operating Entities across the globe are addressed and resolved timely ~crlf~##Maintain HR OM communities by collecting, consolidating, storing and regularly updating information provided by AZ entities and the HR Transformation project~crlf~##Maintain AZ Intranet pages and creation of global communications (both visual and written)~crlf~ ~crlf~Change Control Process~crlf~##Facilitate the Change Control Process by organizing internal meetings with various stakeholders, conducting follow-ups and ensuring the information flow across AZ entities worldwide ~crlf~##Collect and consolidate all submitted information, perform analysis and complete reporting ~crlf~##Support the team in other tasks, daily operational activities and projects as needed~crlf~

Qualification~crlf~##Currently enrolled as student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Master's preferred)~crlf~##Studies in Business Administration with focus on HR Management, Psychology, Communications or Economics. Other fields will also be considered~crlf~##Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) ~crlf~##Familiarity with agile working methodology, incl. Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Planner ~crlf~##Professional proficiency in English; fluent German is an advantage~crlf~ ~crlf~Experience & Key skills~crlf~##Well organized, solution-oriented and proactive team-player with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills ~crlf~##Analytical mindset ~crlf~##Ability to grasp complex topics quickly and adapt to a fast changing environment~crlf~##Enthusiastic about developing and implementing new ideas, but also having a realistic and practical outlook~crlf~##Considering diversity in a team as an asset ~crlf~##Experience in project work in a multicultural environment would be helpful~crlf~##Familiarity with the Agile methodology as an advantage ~crlf~
