As part of the Travel Guardian Platform, we strive to learn and understand our users’ needs, behaviours, and emotions to gather insights that inform product strategy and design.~crlf~~crlf~The UX/UI Expert will be instrumental in contributing to the overall strategic vision and direction of our global B2C presence and work with the rest of the team to transform our user experience into the primary marketing vehicle for demand generation.~crlf~~crlf~Allianz Partners B2C business transformation requires a simple, connected, high-quality user experience and offers, starting with the Travel Guardian platform. We have to be a fierce advocate for effective design, and committed to creating elegantly simple user experiences from otherwise complex workflows:~crlf~~crlf~The UX/UI Expert will address this challenge by managing the design process from concept to delivery; including research, ideation, prototyping, end-to-end flows, wireframes, sketches, mock-ups design system components and full-fidelity visual design.

As UX/UI expert the main missions will be the following: ~crlf~* Explore new technologies, design best practices, and overall digital standards~crlf~* Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.~crlf~* Project management, coordination and requirements gathering to strike a balance between style, functionality, and performance.~crlf~* Deliver a UX vision, along with a plan for evolutionary/iterative updates that actualize the larger vision over time.~crlf~* Iterate and evolve designs based on user testing and stakeholder feedback.~crlf~* Maintain UX Documentation~crlf~

Technical Skills~crlf~* Strong proficiency in a variety of design and prototype tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and expertise in digital technologies e.g. web, Android, iOS, etc.~crlf~* Experience working with and designing around CSS frameworks; ability to layout design comps in HTML/CSS or given Framework.~crlf~* Working knowledge of web optimization, analytics, and SEO~crlf~* Deep experience with an enterprise CMS platform like ADOBE/DRUPAL. Experience with JIRA, FIGMA, OJAR and Google Analytics (or similar tools)~crlf~* Experience working on a product UX/UI from inception to shipment~crlf~~crlf~General Skills~crlf~* Entrepreneurial, hands-on & goal-oriented~crlf~* A strategic thinker to design the future: Proven ability to develop and lead execution of successful content strategies and self-service experiences aimed at decreasing customer effort.~crlf~* Experience with CX Strategic thinking and experience design principles.~crlf~* Ability to clearly understand and envision the full end-to-end customer experience. This includes the development and design of customer experience strategies, journeys and workflow mapping, and analyzing data specific to consumers insights, VOC.~crlf~* An expert in customer journey design: Passionate about providing customers with an effortless experience at every touchpoint. ~crlf~* Experience with UX Design Thinking - understands the principles of good user experience and can apply those to product flows on the web and mobile devices.~crlf~
