Allianz Partners is distributing its products using a central platform for its online activities, through B2B, B2B2C & B2C channels. With the growth of global eCommerce activities and with the emerging of new digital lines of business (Appliance, Services on Demand, repair, Road Side Assistance…), the Allianz Partners group is currently operating a global digital transformation. In that perspective, the Distribution department is recruiting an APIs product owner to support our distribution model and our B2B2C Business Partner offer cross line of business.~crlf~ ~crlf~The successful candidate will be able to:~crlf~##Understand his/her customer needs, and translate them into meaningful, usable digital experiences ~crlf~##Provide & Drive a vision on our API offers for internal and external customer~crlf~##Being the “gate keeper” of our offer, and push pack unnecessary request~crlf~##Structure and harmonise our APIs catalogue for distribution~crlf~##Collaborate with architects, tech leads, UX and Visual designer and a Scrum team, to deliver a solution ~crlf~##Be the highest expert on all the functional aspects of its scope, providing functional support to our internal users, sales and client delivery team

##Customers / Stakeholders Management:~crlf~-Capacity to implement strategy and vision, navigating from high level ideas, down to supporting the BA in writing detailed user‘s stories~crlf~-Gather, validate and prioritise client needs and own and maintain the requirement backlog. ~crlf~-Keep continually abreast of changes to API consumers habits (being mainly Business Partner engineers), preferences and behaviors and their implications for successful delivery of digital insurance services ~crlf~-Disseminate an understanding of the digital insurance marketplace, including best practice, costs, suppliers, methodologies and skills to stakeholders ~crlf~ ~crlf~##Product Design:~crlf~-Own the development of wireframes and prototypes to clearly articulate the digital product vision and design to stakeholders and team members ~crlf~-Drive the UX design to bring digital products to life, exploiting the wider Allianz framework ~crlf~ ~crlf~##Leadership & Teamwork:~crlf~-Agile Product Owner, representing the "voice of the customer" within the scrum team ~crlf~-Effectively lead and coordinate onshore and offshore project teams, in a multi-cultural environment ~crlf~-Actively work with the distribution channels other POs to foster a collaborative approach to solution delivery and engagement ~crlf~ ~crlf~##Operational Effectiveness & Control Management:~crlf~-Define and own the business drivers, for digital products, and define the business metrics that will track success ~crlf~-Underpin the delivery and iteration of digital services through analysis of qualitative and quantitative user data ~crlf~-Act as the focus for user acceptance and business acceptance of digital products ~crlf~ ~crlf~##Risk Management:~crlf~-Reflect the legal, and regulatory requirements into digital product design ~crlf~-Interpret user research in order to make the correct product decisions~crlf~-Comply with all Allianz group policies and standards around risk management and mitigation as required ~crlf~-Deliver accessible experience for our customers ~crlf~ ~crlf~##Observation of Internal Controls ~crlf~-Adhere to, and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls and implement the Group compliance policy by adhering to all relevant processes/procedures ~crlf~-Follow, contribute to and help improve the group standards for digital and internet based products – including UX, design, security and development methodology ~crlf~

##Master in engineering, and at least 6 years of experiences in Digital (insurance or web/e-commerce) as an Agile Product Owner with a strong exposition to API challenges~crlf~##Strong understanding of an API framework best practice~crlf~##API Security : OAUTH 2.0 basic knowledge, notion of Token~crlf~##Data and connectivity : XML/JSON knowledge. POST/REST rules highly appreciated~crlf~##Knowledge of tooling for external test: Postman/SoapUI~crlf~##Knowledge of internal API Documentation and IT connectivity test: Swagger like usage~crlf~##General understanding of online distribution~crlf~##Perfect understanding of the Agile framework and mind-set~crlf~##Fluent English / International Experience including working with remote and multicultural teams ~crlf~##Strong understanding of the digital product development process, ranging from requirements and idea inception through development and execution ~crlf~##Comfortable moving seamlessly between micro detail of the user story and the high level view of a digital strategy ~crlf~##Understanding of SAFE™ is desirable ~crlf~##Able to demonstrate how customer centric thinking is expressed and reinforced through the digital product design processes ~crlf~##Good understanding of digital UX and interaction design ~crlf~##Experience of managing 3rd party agencies and consultancies ~crlf~##Understanding of how the changing regulatory environment has impacts on the digital product design process~crlf~ ~crlf~Local Job Requirements ~crlf~ ~crlf~##Position based in our Digital Global office in Saint-Ouen, 15 min away from Paris ~crlf~##Open to occasional global travel as required ~crlf~##Able to work with other time zones as required ~crlf~
