The Head of Strategic Accounts & Partner Development has the dual responsibility for the overall sales management, strategy, growth and operating results of the RIA channel and the strategic management of BD relationships. This role will leverage a deep understanding of varying RIA business models to design sales strategies that produce expected sales results and activity levels as defined by senior leadership. Builds consultative relationships and grows market share with top RIAs and key centers of influence. Advises the company on unmet needs in the marketplace to assist the company in its product development process. This role also has responsibility for leadership and overall growth in sales for BD accounts. Defines and executes strategies for business development firms and maintaining/strengthening existing distribution relationships in all BD distribution channels. This position is responsible for directing the coordination/alignment of these strategies with the efforts of TruChoice sales initiatives. This position is also accountable to champion TruChoice’s culture, brand and philosophy into daily activities. Creates a thriving, transparent, results oriented environment that demonstrates strong team performance, and a culture of accountability in support of TruChoice initiatives.

* RIA Sales Strategy Development and Execution: Leads overall strategic direction of RIA distribution to ensure current and long-term profitability and growth. Develops and implements strategies that focus on the expanding market share in the RIA channel. Develops, maximizes and strengthens relationships with key RIAs. Establishes and maintains key strategic relationships/partnerships with internal and external business partners.~crlf~* Strategic Account Leadership (strategy, business development/relationship management, account selection & business planning, value quantification, etc. for all BD distribution channels) as well as developing and implementing the overall distribution strategy for the broker dealer distribution with the objective of creating long-term profitable sales growth, increased market share and industry ranking of multiple Allianz product lines. This includes, but is not limited to, representing Allianz at executive management levels of client firms, and positioning Allianz corporate strategies/values. Coordination and collaboration with all TruChoice sales divisions on BD and RIA relationships and opportunities.~crlf~* Leadership: Embraces best practices that foster leadership effectiveness. 8-10 years’ experience required: Financial services experience; 11+ years’ experience preferred~crlf~Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred~crlf~Active Series 7 and 24 OR Series 6 and 26 required; Insurance license preferred~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
