You can be 100% remote, hybrid, or on-site in Minneapolis, MN!~crlf~~crlf~Acting as a life insurance case manager, this role will lead each life insurance application from their assigned relationships through the application life cycle. As the home office advocate for designed relationships, act as the liaison between all internal departments on behalf of our field partners. You are an, outside of the box thinker and excellent communicator who puts the customer first, solves problems effectively and is engaged in helping our field force place business for their clients the right way. You will help influence our results by: establishing strong customer relationships (internal and external); ensuring a high degree of productivity and quality; including recommending process improvements and increasing digital adoption. You take initiative to drive your cases to the finish line while making it easy and fast for our partners. You will follow established guidelines and procedures and meeting/exceeding all benchmarks. The corporate job title for this role will be an Account Services Representative/Senior. **Securities licensing is generally required for those directly involved with activities related to Variable products, Broker Dealers, and Registered Representatives. **~crlf~~crlf~You will report to the Operations Manager.

• Work on an assigned service team to collaboratively lead business through the new business and underwriting process.~crlf~• Act as a dedicated point of contact for our field partners, making every effort to be available and responsive. ~crlf~• Have an understanding of risk and regulations, and work through customer requests and scenarios efficiently, doing the right thing for the client and Allianz.~crlf~• Build customer relationships by demonstrating communications and interactions resulting in a positive impact to the business. Improve our results by providing customer service, education and communication. You will provide customized service and take ownership. You will ensure that distribution partners are aware of operational processes and changes.~crlf~• Coordinate and assist with team and department projects including participating in implementing process improvement idea. You will participate in special assignments to meet our needs.~crlf~

• 1 or more years of experience preferred: Allianz Operations, Insurance or Financial Industry, in multiple customer service focused areas~crlf~• 3 or more years of experience preferred: relationship management, customer relationships~crlf~• Two-year degree : General education or equivalent experience ~crlf~• If Securities licensing is required as outlined above, the deadline to obtain is 90 days from the date Variable-related activities commence.~crlf~
