Associate/Sr Associate Operations (Variable Inforce PHB)
The Variable Inforce Associate/Sr. Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently communicating~crlf~information in response to requests from internal and external customers. This individual will be responsible for providing prompt, professional and accurate responses and clarify information concerning services or products. In addition, this individual must have an in depth understanding of the controls and regulations related to Variable PHB processes and Variable Annuity product features, the ability to thrive in fast paced, ever-changing environment, and must be able to work flexible hours dependent on daily workload volumes. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Securities licensing is generally required for those directly involved with activities related to Variable products, Broker Dealers, and Registered Representatives.**
Duties Include but not limited to:~crlf~- Process incoming financial and other requests from customers/producers/Broker Dealers~crlf~- Receive and make phones calls to internal and external customers~crlf~- Create/revise and submit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)~crlf~- Work with other areas of the company to ensure the processing of customer requests is handled in an accurate, timely manner.~crlf~- Complete daily control reports; take actions as needed, and document completion~crlf~- Provide project support as needed~crlf~- Complete other tasks as needed~crlf~~crlf~
- 1+ years of customer service experience~crlf~- High School Diploma; two or four year degree preferred~crlf~- Series 6 required or an ability to obtain the Series 6 within 180 days~crlf~~crlf~Keys to success in this role include:~crlf~- Knowledge and understanding of business processes, controls, regulations, procedures and system functions~crlf~- Strong phone skills~crlf~- Strong customer service skills~crlf~- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.~crlf~- Problem Solving and negotiation skills.~crlf~- Strong issue resolution, and decision-making skills.~crlf~- Ability to work independently as well as part of a group.~crlf~- Flexibility to work hours as necessary to meet deadlines.~crlf~- Willingness to share innovative ideas~crlf~- Ability to meet deadlines and effectively communicate with management~crlf~- Ability to complete workload under strict service level agreements along with meeting specified deadlines~crlf~~crlf~**If Securities licensing is required as outlined above, the deadline to obtain is 90 days from the date Variable-related activities commence.~crlf~~crlf~
