We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Business Analyst (f/m/d) for our Sales team within Distribution Technology. This position is based in our office in Frankfurt.~crlf~~crlf~In this role you will work closely with our global sales enablement team, design, implement and improve (new) sales related requirements. The right candidate will have a sound understanding of Salesforce to leverage out of the box functionality, as well as extensive experience with the Salesforce toolset to develop best of breed implementations. We are looking for a team-player who thrives in the Salesforce eco-environment, is customer centric and enjoys delivering value. Knowledge in the finance industry is a plus.
##Play an active role as internal consultant to ensure the most efficient leveraging of Salesforce and advise on business process implementation ~crlf~##Design and implement functionality and interfaces as agreed with the Salesforce Product Owner~crlf~##Collaborate with other partners to ensure quality implementation & QA testing~crlf~##Deploy Sandboxes and Production according to set standards and procedures~crlf~##Apply bug analysis and bug fixing~crlf~##Consolidate Org & design frameworks~crlf~##Maintain & develop data backup & retrieval automations~crlf~##Manage Sandbox and maintain certificates~crlf~##Apply automations for data quality / mass data updates~crlf~
##Several years of extensive Salesforce Development experience ~crlf~##Academic background within IT, Economics or related field of study~crlf~##Strong analytical business process development and problem-solving skills~crlf~##Sound understanding of Salesforce sales and service cloud functionalities in classic and lightning~crlf~##Sound understanding of Salesforce capabilities to demonstrate out of the box Salesforce functionality~crlf~##Extensive experience with Salesforce processes, flows, Apex, lightning components~crlf~##Ability to perform code-reviews and participate in pair programming to ensure developments are optimized to be maintainable over longer time periods~crlf~##Experience with Salesforce mobile in a hybrid environment (classic and lightning)~crlf~##Sound experience with data analysis & recovery (SQL, data loader, OwnBackup)~crlf~##Service demeanor and customer focus~crlf~##Ability to craft IT-frameworks in a Salesforce environment~crlf~##Familiarity with SDLC tools (Jira, Visual Studio Code, Git, Jenkins, Autosys, X-ray)~crlf~##Experience in working in a global agile environment, e.g. track record of close collaboration with remotely located business SMEs and product owners~crlf~##Knowledge in the Finance industry to support business requirements analysis and to understand compliance topics (KYC, GDPR, KAIT)~crlf~##Proficiency in English required, further languages (German, Mandarin, French or Spanish) would be helpful~crlf~##Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience~crlf~##Experience in Apex programming~crlf~##Knowledge in the finance industry and KAIT~crlf~
