Working Student in Global HR – Talent & Development (m/f/d)

Our Talent Development team within HR identifies talent worldwide and prepare them for future career opportunities. Furthermore, the team ensures we have the right people with the right skills in the right place - now and for future business challenges. ~crlf~ ~crlf~In this position you will work in an international environment and support our Global HR team on Talent and Development topics within AGCS.
You will be responsible for following main tasks:~crlf~ ~crlf~Talent Development:~crlf~##Support in managing the global talent development programs~crlf~##Create and maintain Talent Management related intranet pages~crlf~##Design the templates, analyze the data and prepare the talent discussion reports ~crlf~##Provide support with design of communication materials to enhance the understanding of business leaders and local HR users of the Talent Management processes & learning initiatives ~crlf~##Support Group initiatives, e.g. HR Transformation, #LEAD~crlf~##Support the Talent Management team on redesigning the talent identification and development process~crlf~##Support global Talent Management related projects (e.g. design and implementation of global induction webinar)~crlf~ ~crlf~Learning:~crlf~##Support in identifying and developing global learning offerings (mainly on a virtual formats) ~crlf~ ~crlf~Strategic Capability Building:~crlf~##Support the setup of the yearly demand and skill gap analysis workshops with the business to ensure we have a solid data base of the FTE Demand and a clear picture of the skill of the future ~crlf~##Conduct research activities on upskilling and reskilling, as required~crlf~ ~crlf~Reporting & Tools:~crlf~##Provide and manage Talent Management reports ~crlf~##Provide ongoing support on the SuccessFactors system as a learning administrator~crlf~##Provide ongoing support on general Talent Development reporting questions ~crlf~##Support global HR initiatives, e.g. employee recognition programs, AllianzU Learning Platform ~crlf~
##Enrolled at a university for length of assignment~crlf~##Interest in Talent Management & Learning processes and systems~crlf~##Excellent knowledge of Office 365 package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint etc.) and intranet (jive)~crlf~##Proven analytical skills, data- driven and competence in digital literacy~crlf~##Excellent written and spoken English (native speaker preferred), German is a nice to have~crlf~##Profound ability to understand complex interfaces and explain them using simple graphics and illustrations~crlf~##Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy~crlf~##Flexible, ability to multi-task and work towards deadlines, proactive,, work in teams, project management skills, organizational skills, willingness to go “the extra-mile”~crlf~
