Senior Process Designer in COO Global Practice for Allianz Customer Model (ACM) (m/f/d)
As the Corporate business unit of the Allianz Group, AGCS is aiming at building holistically constructed Master Customer Journeys and Experience covering Customer, Product, Processes in collaboration with Product, Distribution & Strategic Platform Architecture teams. The newly created ACM practice is tasked to deliver:~crlf~##AGCS Master Processes as per ACM principles and leverage them in all strategic projects / investments to ensure maximum business benefits and alignment with customer requirements as per the Customer Journeys. ~crlf~##Process flows and maps to harmonize end-to-end models across every Line of Business in collaboration with all relevant functions and assigned SMEs.~crlf~ ~crlf~As a Senior Process Designer reporting to the Global Practice Head of ACM at AGCS, you perform a strategic role for the ACM Master Processes, Process Optimization & Process Mapping team in AGCS COO area with accountability to work with Senior Stakeholders across all AGCS Functions and across regions.
In this role you will…~crlf~##Ensure appropriate process mapping and documentation through proactive communication with internal customers.~crlf~##Ensure delivery of process improvements and optimization according to the service levels defined on the Master Customer Journeys for Corporate insurance.~crlf~##Provide customers and colleagues of the team with relevant, timely and correct documentation outlining performance of automated processes and provide solutions in case of insufficient delivery performance.~crlf~##Develop - in collaboration with other units, 3rd parties, internal customers and Allianz Group - ways to further map and improve the processes within AGCS. ~crlf~##Actively and constantly improve processes or contribute to the improvement of corporate processes through the use of digital solutions e.g. building a new end-to-end platform and process re-engineering.~crlf~##Identify proactively new technologies / tools / processes in documenting processes which could lead to medium or long term performance improvement at AGCS.~crlf~##Ensure proactive, timely, complete and accurate communication to all stakeholders - AGCS and Group H10 units; COO, CRMO and senior management of AGCS w/r to Projects, Process Optimization and Master Platform. ~crlf~
##University degree (preferably within an IT and Business Administration context). ~crlf~##7 – 10 year experience in process mapping and optimization with evidence of handling multiple stakeholders, leveraging change management techniques, and proven business outcomes. ~crlf~##Experience with Adonis process management~crlf~##Opex Blue Belt and or Six Sigma Green Belt certification and evidence of driving process optimizations leveraging the tools of Six Sigma / OPEX is a plus.~crlf~##In-depth knowledge systems, processes and data architecture, process re-engineering and automation.~crlf~##Advanced understanding of policy administration life cycle, including information collection, policy issuance, premium bookings, credit control, cancellation.~crlf~##Ability to work with people of different cultures directly and indirectly.~crlf~##Strong Communication, motivational and problem solving skills.~crlf~##Self-motivated, capable of working independently.~crlf~##Experienced in Microsoft suite, including Office 365.~crlf~##Team player mentality - focus on collaborative engagement.~crlf~##Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional language is a plus.~crlf~
