The Senior HR Business Partner/HR Manager plays a vital role in steering the implementation of strategical HR projects (global and regional) while at the same time acting as an HR Business Partner who is responsible for the execution of all HR processes for our customers. This key HR role acts as deputy to the Regional Head of HR CEE.

Business Consultation as Senior HR Business Partner~crlf~##Act as first line of contact for managers and employees in your responsible business area~crlf~##Act as a strategic advisor and sparring partner to the business with respect to the execution of NEW AGCS mindset, Strategic Capability Building and New Working Model~crlf~##Develop together with the department heads end-to-end strategies to support the business in a sustainable way by defining action items in a structured way (i.e. quarterly HR BP reviews) and in exchange with peer HR Business Partners~crlf~##Consult/coach managers and staff on employee relations topics (e.g. claims of misconduct, low performance, disciplinary actions, etc.)~crlf~##Advise/support the business on how to motivate and retain people in a challenging and fast hanging business environment~crlf~##Consult and support business in implementation of HR processes in respective business area (e.g. rewards, performance, grading, talent, development, recruiting, re-organization, etc.)~crlf~##Act as trusted contact person for the works council bodies~crlf~ ~crlf~Leadership/HR Project Management~crlf~##Act as the deputy to the Regional Head of HR CEE~crlf~##Functional lead for the HR Admin team~crlf~##Coordinating, steering, and monitoring global and regional HR projects, such as global restructuring, transfer of business segments, etc.~crlf~##Maintenance of a clear project business plan incl. KPIs to better evaluate the project progress and to develop future project scenario and strategy~crlf~##Representing local/regional interests and regularly communicating status quo incl. recommendation of measures to the Regional Head of HR~crlf~##Involve Workers Council whenever it is required and consult business respectively~crlf~ ~crlf~Business Representation~crlf~##Represent the business to the rest of the HR community. Collaborate with HR peers and experts on programs and initiatives by providing an organization-specific perspective~crlf~##Assess HR implications of the business strategy, identify opportunities to further meet business needs, and design solutions~crlf~##Establish and maintain relationships with senior managers to drive the execution of HR programs~crlf~

Relevant experience~crlf~##6-8 years of relevant HR experience in a global organization~crlf~##Proven experience in project management, i.e. in steering and coordinating various projects and managing different stakeholders at all levels and across OEs and countries~crlf~##Experience working in a matrix and virtual team environment supporting multiple locations~crlf~##Experience of leading / managing organizational change, ideally in various business scenarios, including larger restructuring and transformation programs with a global scope~crlf~##Proven leadership skills and managing people across countries~crlf~##Experience with employee representative bodies~crlf~ ~crlf~Education / Certification~crlf~##Bachelor / Master’s degree in business, law, psychology, or related field ~crlf~ ~crlf~Technical Skills~crlf~##Solid knowledge of German labor and employment law, and appreciation of Works Council issues~crlf~##Technical expertise in at least 2 HR topic areas (e.g. Comp/Ben, Performance Management, HR Operations)~crlf~##Ability to design and drive transformation of organizations including corresponding structures and business processes~crlf~##Ability to manage projects from end to end~crlf~##Good knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, Teams~crlf~ ~crlf~General Skills~crlf~##Ability to maintain and build relationships with customers at all levels, including management~crlf~##Ability to negotiate, often in difficult situations, and steer discussions to a desired end~crlf~##Good sense of operational excellence and understanding of HR value chain to further improve processes and find levers of digitalization~crlf~##Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally~crlf~##Ability to analyze data from multiple sources~crlf~##Strong design thinking and ability to execute~crlf~##Ability to organize yourself, prioritize and balance various tasks at the same time~crlf~##Required languages: German and English fluent (able to negotiate)~crlf~
