As a generalist, you will have an exciting opportunity to learn about AGCS’ products / services globally and to enhance knowledge / skillsets as you participate audit projects across multiple lines of business, various jurisdictions and branch offices. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Solid technical skills coupled with strong emotional intelligence and uncompromised integrity is fundamental to each auditor’s success. AGCS Global Internal Audit is seeking candidates who are bold thinkers with entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to continuous learning.

In this role you will….~crlf~##Conduct or lead audit assignments through full audit cycle including planning, fieldwork and reporting. This includes: ~crlf~Identification and evaluation of key processes, risks and controls;~crlf~Preparation of audit programs and other procedures to test controls; ~crlf~Determine deficiencies and vulnerabilities to be remedied, analyze audit results, formulate proposals for solutions;~crlf~Proper documentation of audit work performed on Teammate +~crlf~##Comply with relevant audit policies and standards. ~crlf~##Assist in the maintenance of a dynamic audit universe, incorporating emerging risks and significant changes to the business in the annual risk assessment process. ~crlf~##Keep abreast of industry and product specific developments and reflect relevant risks / controls in the audit execution. ~crlf~##Monitor and report on the disposition and status of action plans and conduct substantive tests of compliance, as necessary.~crlf~##Support management team on formulating trends and key thematic messages during year-end audit result aggregation. ~crlf~##Support the update of audit methodology; initiate improvements of workflows, processes, control systems and promote best practice sharing.~crlf~##Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, at all levels, within business lines and control functions.~crlf~##Develop strong business acumen and bring value adding services to internal clients. ~crlf~##Promote AGCS Internal Audit as a competent and trusted business partner and live the Allianz values.~crlf~

##You will have min. five years of professional experience in audit, as a consultant or equivalent. ~crlf~##You have an advanced University Degree (MBA) in economics, business administration, information technology, mathematics or equivalent. ~crlf~##You have audit certifications (CIA, CPA) or other certifications (e.g. CFA).~crlf~##You have strong intellectual and analytical skills and solid understanding of processes, structures and regulatory environment for the Insurance industry. ~crlf~##You have excellent communication skills. The ability to listen with empathy for the auditee’s perspective is required. ~crlf~##You have excellent English communications skills (verbal and written). Fluency in a second language preferred.~crlf~##You have self-motivation and a proactive and committed working style, as well as the ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures.~crlf~##You have digital skills (e.g. data analytic, basic programming). ~crlf~##You have “business know how” within other functions, regions and entities of Allianz Group. ~crlf~##You are able to travel including global travels (max. 30%)~crlf~
