Senior Accounts Executive (Temporary Contract – 6 Months)
Responsible for the treasury function, the timely processing of technical payments, and regulatory reporting in relevant area of responsibility. This includes the processing the related booking entries, reconciliation (balancing & resolution of differences) along with relevant adhoc activities (e.g. process improvements). Treasury and payment function~crlf~##Perform treasury functions, including maintenance of bank accounts, review of user access privileges, liquidity management, and investment in fixed deposits.~crlf~##Maintain cash book and perform monthly bank reconciliations, investigating unreconciled items for resolution.~crlf~##Execute settlements with insured, brokers, and insurers particularly the control of outstanding balances of AGCS.~crlf~##Ensure technical payment requests are duly processed accurately with proper documentation within stipulated timeline.~crlf~ ~crlf~GST and Bafin Reporting~crlf~##Prepare quarterly GST reporting and reporting to regulatory authorities within regulatory deadlines.~crlf~##Coordinate the work with consultants on the IRAS Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP) programme for GST compliance.~crlf~##Maintain the file of supporting documents for the purpose of audit inspection.~crlf~ ~crlf~Governance and quality assurance~crlf~##Document application of policies, procedures and workflow for assigned areas of responsibility.~crlf~##Archive records to satisfy audit and statutory requirements.~crlf~##Draft standards to improve quality.~crlf~ ~crlf~Collaboration and Customer Service~crlf~##Work collaboratively with other Functional Areas (Operations, Accounting, Claims) in establishing processes, booking flows and accuracy completeness controls.~crlf~##Work with third party collection agencies as required.~crlf~##Maintain a collaborative relationship with external brokers.
