The Portfolio Steering team is part of Global Portfolio Management and is located across London, Munich and Bucharest. ~crlf~ ~crlf~Based in Munich, you will work closely together with a diverse team to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives. This role gives you the opportunity to independently drive and develop Management Information reportings for Portfolio Management. You will be one of our experts to translate business requirements into applications and reports and to develop new methods and solutions for the global portfolio management approaches.

In this role you will…~crlf~ ~crlf~##Manage & drive forward own area of responsibility or project~crlf~##Be responsible for developing, redesigning, implementing and maintaining Portfolio Management monitoring and reporting processes (e.g. Action Account) by developing new Management Information reports in Foundry~crlf~##Be responsible for managing and further developing the quarterly Action Account process in close collaboration with colleagues from our business functions~crlf~##Promote close collaboration and interaction with various business areas (Group, Underwriting, Market Management, CFO, etc.) to foster mutual understanding how business developments and how our Underwriting strategy and other trends impact portfolio management KPIs~crlf~##Contribute with Portfolio Steering reporting to cross-functional portfolio steering discussions and exchange for assigned products / line of businesses (LoBs) to identify areas of action for the AGCS portfolio~crlf~##Foster best practice sharing of portfolio management approaches across all LoBs~crlf~##Keep abreast of leading market practice and drive innovation~crlf~

##You have a degree (ideally Master) in a quantitative field, e.g. Economics, Statistics or IT or you are qualified by experience~crlf~##You have ideally 2-5 years of professional experience in an international working environment, preferable spanning multiple types and lines of business~crlf~##High data analysis and visualization skills incl. JavaScript, CSS, Python, VBA and SQL as well as database management skills incl. database design and technical development~crlf~##Proven experience in developing and implementing management information reporting processes and analyses based on database solutions~crlf~##You have successfully driven large assignments, ideally of global scale and in a dynamic environment~crlf~##Know-how of Insurance and Finance as well as of complexities inherent in an insurance group, ideally with a good understanding of portfolio management and actuarial approaches~crlf~##Proven experience in senior level communication and the ability to explain complex topics easily also to non-experts~crlf~##You are very collaborative and can build bridges between colleagues across different areas to further develop portfolio management approaches and processes ~crlf~##Fluent in English (able to negotiate)~crlf~##Willingness to travel~crlf~
