With a focus on larger global risk portfolios and major national risks, we offer tailor-made ‘All Risks’ insurance and reinsurance programs through our global network.~crlf~~crlf~As part of the newly created Global Distribution team, you will report directly to our Head of Global Client/Broker Relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing our client strategy, including pipeline and relationship management with major clients and for steering and driving its delivery across the globe. In this role, you will also represent AGCS to build relationships with global clients looking for solutions and other Allianz entities to ensure alignment across the Group.

In this role you will…~crlf~##Lead the AGCS relationship for a panel of selected clients as GKAM (Global Key Account Manager)~crlf~##Facilitate the coordination of the Allianz service in close liaison with all members of the account trading team, providing a structured approach for client feedback and easy access to key AGCS decision makers to ensure service improvements are made where necessary and full resources are made available when required~crlf~##Lead capability pitches in order to manage actively the pipeline of renewals and new business opportunities~crlf~##Be the internal advocate for selected clients, allowing AGCS to consider the total relationship across all lines of business during the underwriting and decision making process, ultimately communicating a ‘structured’ approach to the end client in relation to AGCS’ offering~crlf~##Be the ambassador for selected clients representing their importance and ensuring AGCS develops a close understanding of the client’s business and trading environment, achieved via their existing experience, client dialogue, industry exposure and research~crlf~##Design and communicate the formalized stewardship throughout the client cycle, attempting to always add value and ensure the highest service standards are experienced by both the intermediary and also the end client and to facilitate the clients’ understanding of our underwriting appetite and capability and act as point of contact for client enquiries~crlf~##Drive a relationship where AGCS attempts to challenge boundaries constantly and innovate to provide the most appropriate offering for clients’ ever changing needs~crlf~##Handle problem solving, conflict management and client escalation~crlf~##Define and execute the Strategic Account Plan (SAP) for each client. SAP to:~crlf~-Identify key client decision makers and shared contacts~crlf~-Create transparency on existing business and business opportunities within AGCS and Allianz Group (e.g. stakeholders, data, issues, initiatives) with clients~crlf~-Communicate and align key strategic initiatives and priorities with clients~crlf~-Identify and enable Allianz OE’s/Global Lines to execute strategic initiatives~crlf~-Understand and share client’s group strategy to create pipeline of opportunities beyond current book~crlf~-Explore B-2-B-2-C solutions and opportunities to drive enhanced value to client and Allianz ~crlf~##Work with Compliance and Global Broker Management teams to ensure that processes are compliant at all times~crlf~##Work with regional Market Management and LoB teams to understand local trading environments and appetites~crlf~

##You have at least 10 years’ experience in corporate insurance sales distribution~crlf~##Ability to define segmentation and client differentiation strategies~crlf~##A track record in fostering long term, profitable relationships at senior level in broker and client organizations~crlf~##Able to work in an international matrix organization~crlf~##At ease using data and new technologies to optimize existing products and services~crlf~##Negotiation and conflict management – ability to negotiate best position for AGCS & client, with a persuasive character and a natural finesse for diplomacy~crlf~##Able to analyze highly complex data, from multiple sources, in detail~crlf~##Able to persuade and motivate others to act in a multiple competing-priority environment~crlf~##You express ideas and messages clearly (written & verbally) & can “sell” a winning story to an improvised or prepared audience~crlf~##Able to articulate to clients AGCS’ multi-line offering and benefits, and can build and foster sustainable relationships, both internally and externally~crlf~##You have business insight; implement tools & methodologies to develop market, competitor & client insight with knowledge and insight on global business and trends~crlf~##Independent, proactive and well organized, you demonstrate integrity and reliable, with a "can do" attitude~crlf~
