Senior Manager, Enterprise Architect – Asia Pacific
Regional Enterprise Architect (EA) is driving IT Governance Policy under strong will of Allianz's Asia Pacific Regional Franchise Model. ~crlf~~crlf~This role requires understanding of business needs, business requirements and define the target~crlf~application landscape and Technology Roadmap across Region. ~crlf~~crlf~Enterprise Architect will manage Architecture Governance, Blueprint, Roadmap, Asset and Standard, and EA will be responsible for Enterprise Solution Design for large scale of Regional initiatives.
•~crlf~Managing Enterprise Architecture Blueprint and Roadmap Developing Technology focused IT Component Solution~crlf~•~crlf~Easily understood by our business colleagues and show how IT plans for solution delivery that meets their business objectives within cost and time boundaries~crlf~•~crlf~Enterprise Asset Management and providing the analysis and action plan to meet Solutions meet the Group Standard and Regional Standard~crlf~•~crlf~Working with all regional and OE stakeholders in managing the Regional Decomm program~crlf~•~crlf~Developing Enterprise IT Policies and Standards for Regional Franchise Model~crlf~•~crlf~Taking significant role in establishing and leading Governance processes such as Architecture Review Board, etc. to ensure the selected technologies and designs align with the IT enterprise plans and designs~crlf~•~crlf~Manage and visualize IT’s technology portfolio, including periodic reviews IT assets to assess health, gaps, duplications and waste; make recommendations for optimization and rationalization of the portfolio~crlf~•~crlf~Ensure the architecture is compliant with various regulatory requirements~crlf~•~crlf~Team Worker and Team management Skill~crlf~~crlf~~crlf~
•~crlf~University degree related Computer Science, Engineering and Information Science~crlf~•~crlf~Over 10-15 Years of Experience in Financial Industry's IT or Consulting, minimum 3-5+ years of Enterprise Architecture within total career~crlf~•~crlf~Preferred TOGAF certification or other EA Training courses~crlf~•~crlf~Deep understanding of Healthcare and health insurance landscape, of various stakeholders in ecosystems.~crlf~•~crlf~More than 15 years of experience in revenue generation, setting up businesses and in progressively managing business areas from sales, products, reinsurance, underwriting etc. ~crlf~•~crlf~Experience in engaging, building relationships and managing difficult conversations with C-suite executives both internally and externally for business problem solving.~crlf~•~crlf~Deep understanding of levers of profitability, technical excellence and balance between commercial sense, risk, simplification, technology and consumer needs.~crlf~•~crlf~Broad understanding of technology advances in the sector. Network of partnerships in the country and the region.~crlf~•~crlf~Experience of having launched successful initiatives.~crlf~•~crlf~Enterprise Architecture TOGAF certified or other EA training courses.~crlf~•~crlf~Good communication skills.~crlf~•~crlf~Competence in direct and professional leadership of employees and managers.~crlf~•~crlf~Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional, cross cultural environment. ~crlf~•~crlf~Experienced in building and maintaining productive working relationships, collaborating with external stakeholders and service providers to achieve desired business outcomes. ~crlf~•~crlf~Self-starter and capacity to act with a high degree of integrity and independence.~crlf~~crlf~
