    The Enterprise Agility Director, is a key role accountable for setting and executing the Agile vision and roadmap at Allianz Life. The director will partner with key stakeholders at all levels across the enterprise to strengthen and evolve agile principles and practices.

  • Aufgaben

    • Program Development: Establish the enterprise agility team at Allianz Life. Lead the cross functional~crlf~team and governance committee, and chair the executive committee overseeing the Agile journey at Allianz Life~crlf~• Collaborate with product owners across the enterprise and partner with key stakeholders to set the vision for Agile and the plan to execute that vision~crlf~• Develop and deliver effective communications and progress updates including milestones, key results, analysis and insights relative to the Agile journey objectives. Be an effective change agent to champion Agile mindset, methodology, and processes~crlf~• Liaise with owners of the enterprise investment portfolio to ensure we are leveraging Agile effectively and appropriately~crlf~• Lead Agile coaches and serve as point person and Agile consultant to the enterprise~crlf~• Manage program budget

    Minimum Requirements:~crlf~• 8-10 years experience required: 7+ years working within or leading agile teams and 5+ years Agile coaching experience~crlf~• Four-year degree required~crlf~~crlf~Preferred:~crlf~• 11+ years experience preferred~crlf~• Advanced degree preferred
