    Within the Global Accounts team, develop global and regional partnership with assigned OEM's to support the retention of the account and the achievement of relevant top line and bottom line targets. In this case the role will be dedicated to a specific premium car manufacturer with the obligation to sit with the client for a considerable time of the week.

  • Aufgaben

    ##Develop, establish and manage client relationships to ensure outstanding client satisfaction~crlf~##Ensure internal alignment, e.g. stakeholders among AzP functions, OEs, BUs, in all client activities and communication for assigned OEMs to ensure an coordinated approach and one voice to customers~crlf~##Drive regional and global tender process for the assigned OEMs, coordinate the cross-functional tender teams and support among participating functions and regions, oversee the implementation phase~crlf~##Establishing and enhancing knowledge on products, developments and trends of the major automotive and insurance markets and be the internal key communicator for the dedicated OEM incl. regular updates and overviews~crlf~##Analyse industry, market, clients' in order to identify the best opportunities/product/strategies for the selected OEM´s~crlf~~crlf~##Management of global, regional and if required local OEM / mobility provider tenders~crlf~##Manage and support local AP BU sales relationship with OEMs to ensure best in class local account management~crlf~ ~crlf~Client specific tasks:~crlf~ ~crlf~##Single point of contact for this premium OEM~crlf~##Strategic responsibilities: ~crlf~ - Stakeholder Management~crlf~ - Execution of the implementation of the pan-European cooperation~crlf~ - Development of the cooperation, working closely with the client and all AzP business units internationally~crlf~##Operational responsibilities:~crlf~ - Managing the specific data and reporting requirements and further developing the solution~crlf~ - Centralized checking of invoices~crlf~ - Administering validation processes~crlf~ - Managing and administering purchase orders~crlf~ - Technical reporting and non-technical reporting functions etc.~crlf~ - Complaints management

  • Anforderungen/ Kenntnisse

    ##Degree level of education~crlf~##Excellent oral and written communication in English and preferably in French or German as well~crlf~##Previous experience of 5+ years in Senior Account management or Sales would be an advantage. Automotive related industry experience is preferred~crlf~##Self-motivated person who is comfortable working in a results based environment~crlf~##Excellent interpersonal and communication skills~crlf~##Good project management skills~crlf~##Strong stakeholder management competencies and ability to develop solid partnerships~crlf~##Availability to travel regularly, particularly to the clients Frankfurt / Kronberg im Taunus office (up to 2-3 days a week) and Paris (1-2 days per week)
