Head of GI Agency and Distribution
The head of General Insurance agency distribution has the overall responsibility of developing and maintaining a distribution network essentially comprised of General Insurance agents, generating associated revenues in lines with the company strategy and objectives, contributing to better positioning the company with the agents and customers through proactive anticipation of market trends and needs and driving together with the technical and operation teams development of new solutions and services to the distribution partners and end customers.
•~crlf~Build, develop and steer a robust General Insurance agent network ~crlf~•~crlf~Build, develop and maintain adequate distribution engagement model encompassing end to end digital tools and solution to support the network~crlf~•~crlf~Manage the relationship with the distribution network and establishing adequate service support for the network~crlf~•~crlf~Steer and develop volumes in line with the company risk appetite, profitability and production targets~crlf~•~crlf~Strategize the organization’s value proposition in order to drive sales and distribution management ~crlf~•~crlf~Establish strategic partnership and streamline business operation design and processes~crlf~~crlf~
•~crlf~7 to 15 years’ experience in General Insurance agent distribution with proven track record in building, developing and managing agency network~crlf~•~crlf~MBA or Masters in Management, Economics or relevant studies~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent understanding of General Insurance product suite, market needs and trends and profitability drivers~crlf~•~crlf~Entrepreneurship and ability to drive and build new operations~crlf~•~crlf~Excellent team player and leadership skills, combined to excellent communication skills
