Supporting career development

Starting her career with Allianz over twenty years ago, Kylie has embraced a number of career development opportunities that have included frontline customer service and managing premium and credit collection teams, gaining significant insight and experience along the way. Now, as the Head of Business Operations in the Personal Injury division, she has a diverse portfolio that allows her to work across the entire division and provide support to the enterprise on a wide range of issues.
 
"My team consists of specialists in various fields, including claims, back-office administrations including claim lodgement and payments and electronic document management, internal systems, customer service as well as learning and development. The teams leverage data and insights to provide strategic advice to the business and collaborate to ensure we're ultimately supporting our customers in the most efficient and impactful way possible," explained Kylie.
 
Employee engagement matters at Allianz, and Kylie is also proud of the company's commitment to embracing its corporate social responsibility with efforts to humanise the workplace through distinct and detailed guidelines, processes, and policies on work-life balance, empowerment and respect, reward, and recognition.
