Then join us now as an intern in Tokyo, Japan within our Multi Asset Team. In this role, you will support the investment team with ad hoc analyses and research, as well as market updates and thereby gaining deep insights into the decision-making of a global multi asset investment team. This is a 4-month contract and you are expected to work 3 days/week. 

What you do

• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision making by investment team, with particular focus on macro-economic data and equity markets
• Create regular market summaries and market commentary
• Conduct market analyses on Japan and Asia industry landscape
• Acquire/expand knowledge of python/SQL to create tools that simplify or automate some recurring tasks

What you bring

• Student in business, finance, sciences or other related disciplines (focus on quantitative skills)
• Excellent English skills required. Advanced Japanese skills helpful.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)

• Basic coding skills, e.g. VBA or Python
• Good organization and communication skills
• Motivation, Curiosity, Drive
