Key responsibilities


The Bussiness Intelligence Product Owner will focus on the Business Intelligence Product Development within its own Line of Business scope, in cooperation with all the stakeholders.

 

  • Ensure Product Development through Agile methodology.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including customers, business managers, and the development team to make sure the goals are clear and aligned with business targets. 
  • Create the product roadmap, a high-level, strategic visual summary that outlines the vision and direction for the product offering over time. 
  • Cooperates with the Demand Management team, in charge to collect requirements from the business.
  • Create the list of backlog items/EPICs/User Stories granting the priority respect existing business targets.
  • Maintain a proper user story prioritization, EPICs driven (backlog grooming), in alignment with agreed priorities.
  • Verify the consistency of user stories, being sure the SCRUM team receives all the needed information to start the developments. 
  • Ensure the Validation of the user stories, in cooperation with the entitled test manager.
  • Sprint review ceremony coordination, involving business responsible.


What you bring

 

  • +3 years of experience in building IT system programs in international environments.
  • Work experience in an Agile environment.
  • Technical knowledge on scope (BI tools Microstrategy, PowerBI would be a plus, MS Office tools XLS, PPT, Jira, SQL knowledge appreciated)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships with peers and other function.
  • Values diversity & comfortable in complex multicultural environments.
  • Fluent in English, a second language as French, Italian, German, Polish would be a plus.
