What do we expect you to bring?

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in faculty of economics and administrative sciences, social sciences, business, finance, international relations, law or other relevant fields,
• 4-5 years of experience preferably in Compliance
• Experience and knowledge on AML/Sanctions regulations, customer protection and related operations
• Experience on GDPR and Turkish Data Privacy regulation will be an asset
• Preferably superior problem solving and excellent oral/written communication skills,
• Advanced level of written and verbal English and Turkish skills,
• Work in agile enviroment where taking financial and operational risk management, internal control and compliance tasks are encouraged

How can you make an impact?

• Executing compliance programs (data privacy, anti money laundering, economic sanctions, customer protection)
• Providing advice and developing training programs to the business owners on the compliance programs,
• Supporting the business by providing compliance related advice as well as anticipate and manage compliance risks,
• Ensuring implementation of guidelines and regulations and execution of the Compliance Processes as well as Compliance controls,
• Coordinating and interacting with state authorities such as KVKK and MASAK, preparing official letters to local authorities,
• Coordinating with the relevant departments of Allianz Group in terms of guidelines, projects etc.
