What We Expect From You?

• You have obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Economics / Administration, Business Information Technology / Information, Engineering, Law or related fields,

• You have 3 years or more work experience, preferably in Non-Financial Risk Management, (Internal) Audit, Compliance, IT or consulting,

• You can communicate fluently in English,

• You have proficient working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint,

• You are self-driven and analytical, you can grasp a variety of topics and think critically,

• You are an excellent Communicator with the ability to articulate your thoughts in a clear and concise manner to various audiences, including senior management,

• Familiarity with control frameworks (COSO, COBIT) is beneficial but not a must.

Your Responsibilities;

• Supporting and challenging the business in the identification, management and monitoring of significant risks arising in key processes, activities and projects,

• Proactively coordinating the identification, design and testing of key controls through constant interaction with the business and follow-up on operational weaknesses,

• Updating and maintaining the risk and control system while ensuring the consistency and quality of non-financial risk data and reports,

• Coordinating report process to senior management on strategic risks, operational weaknesses and the ongoing quality of the control structure,

• Fostering the collaboration with other control functions such as Compliance, Audit and Information Security during cross-functional initiatives.
